My transaction experience was very good
The experience was very good. The discounts were great. The only negative thing I would say is not being able to select an item as the free gift. Being able to choose an item of the approximate value of the gift that was offered I feel would have been better then just being given that one item as an option.
Beyond Disappointment …
I have to admit they do a good job making the jewelry look amazing on their website. It took forever to arrive. They never contacted me with proof of my purchase. I had no way to contact them. I ended up contacting PayPal because I thought it was a scam. I need to ship items back. I finally reached out and they have not made contact with me. Horrible customer service. Not even a phone number. I paced my order on May 20, 2024 and waited over a month.

I spent hours looking through your products, adding to my wish list, and adding items to the cart. When I returned, after eating dinner, my cart was now EMPTY!! WHAT???!!!!! I was STILL SIGNED IN, but everything VANISHED while I stepped away for a few minutes. Fairly annoyed, I went to my wish list, which had 65 items. I selected a couple of items to add to the cart. While in the cart, on its own, the website added ALL 65 items from my wish list. I did NOT click on the button to add all. As I stated, I was looking at the cart, so NOWHERE near the wish list. Now extremely annoyed, I went through, and removed item after item after item ad nauseam. Most of the items had been added TWICE!! So, it took WAY TOO LONG to get all those removed from the cart. Then, I went back to my wish list to start all over again, adding items to the cart. BUT … MY WISH LIST WAS EMPTY!!!!!!! Apparently, when I removed the 65 items from the cart, it also REMOVED THEM FROM MY WISH LIST, TOO!!!!! AAAHHH!!! HOURS spent selecting items, and adding them to my wish list were A HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!!! Could your website BE ANY WORSE???!! ONLY because I really wanted 4 of the items I originally selected, did I go back, and try to remember what they were, so I could do a search for each, and added them AGAIN to the cart. Plus, you’re deceitful in the discount codes you offer. Since I had several choices, I tried each code to determine the smallest total amount. It appears that you think people will use the FREE code for 3 items, as who wouldn’t want a free item? BUT, that doesn’t result in the lowest total for my 4 items. Then, I tried the 50% off code for 2 items. Most people would think that 50% off is a GREAT deal. But AGAIN, it doesn’t result in the lowest total for my 4 items. Your website goes over and beyond about the 15% off for first-time customers, but, that, too, DOESN’T result in the lowest total for my 4 items. The code that saved me the most was C30, 30% off each and every item. I’m sure that you’re counting on the majority of people not taking the time to compare the outcome of each coupon code. So, therefore, they are getting RIPPED OFF, paying more for their purchases than is necessary. Just how much extra revenue is your company receiving because of the deceitfulness of your so-called coupon codes??? I assume you’re counting on the majority of your customers not being as diligent as I am. Yeah, SOME customer service!! And, your FREE gift is a JOKE!! I’m from New Mexico, and, as such, I’ve worn real turquoise my entire life. While your FREE GIFT claims to be turquoise, it is nothing but CHEAP PLASTIC!!!! Maybe the majority of your customers would be thrilled with the pretty, FREE bracelet. But, you’re NOT FOOLING ME!! I know the difference between REAL turquoise and CHEAP JUNK!! Lastly, your website is the SLOWEST one I’ve ever encountered. Since I do all my shopping online, it is NOT an exaggeration that I have visited literally THOUSANDS of websites. Congratulations, yours is BY FAR the WORST!!!!!!! Now that I’ve purchased the items I wanted, after being put through HELL to complete the order, I will NEVER go to your HORRENDOUS website again!!!!! As a business professional, I wonder how in the world your company continues to even exist. I CAN’T be the ONLY customer who has had a NIGHTMARE experience with your website, and has vowed to NEVER RETURN. Guess what? There are TONS of jewelry websites from which to choose. This site is a scam. I saw an earring that seemed to have an impossibly low price for the workmanship shown in the photo. Before you buy anything from this site (and I wouldn't), I would highly recommend you take the photo on their site and put it into Google Lens to see where it really came from. The earring they were purporting to sell for around $100 was in fact an earring that sold for over $15K US, and they were using the photo of the real jeweler in London. It's like the old story - if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Great and fantastic mens jewelry. I have bought 6 rings from Chicher and love every one of them. If I had the money, I would buy every man's ring that they have. The staff listens to your suggestions to. I asked if they could keep all the mens rings in one place. The next day, it was done! It's much easier to find the mens items now. I would like to ask the staff to have more silver rings with Emeralds. There aren't any that I can find. They are all in gold. The staff is friendly, helpful, and honest. I shop no other place but here. Great place!!!

A beautiful Art Deco necklace appeared on my feed; not long after, I was inundated with emails offering discounts. When I finally decided to order, their online purchasing system didn’t work. On the one hand, I was disappointed, on the other and reading some of these reviews, maybe it was a blessing in disguise.

Buyer Beware of ChicHer Jewelry!
I ordered two sets of earrings. Both earrings delivered were wrong. The first set, I never even tried on and a stone fell out. That is not to mention that they sent the wrong colour. After over a dozen emails, they finally refunded me. The other earrings were wrong, too. I tried them on anyway but found that the posts were very large and had a hard time getting them on. The posts also had hard edges to them. I wore them for a few hours and they were extremely uncomfortable. The company offered me a 15% discount on earrings that were wrong and that were unwearable. Then they suggested that I gift them to a friend so that they could be uncomfortable, too. These back and forth emails took over a month. There is no customer service with ChicHer Jewelry. Buyer Beware!
