Dear Customer, We’re truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this situation has caused you. We completely understand how disappointing it must be to receive an incorrect item, and we sincerely apologize for the mistake in your order. We would also like to clarify a few points to avoid any misunderstanding. Our AU warehouse is a relatively small warehouse, and unfortunately, it does not currently support issuing prepaid return labels. This is a limitation on our side in terms of logistics capability, not an attempt to avoid responsibility. CNHL has been operating our website for over 10 years, and throughout this time, we have always made it our priority to take responsibility for every customer’s after-sales issue until it is properly resolved. For your case, although our capabilities are limited in certain regions, we have genuinely been trying our best to offer a workable solution and ensure you are taken care of. We’re truly sorry if our process made you feel that we were avoiding responsibility — that is absolutely not our intention. We would never risk losing a valued customer or damaging our reputation over the cost of a single battery. That simply wouldn’t make sense for us. Once again, we want to emphasize: We acknowledge our limitations in this situation, but we are not avoiding responsibility, and we remain committed to resolving this issue for you. We sincerely hope we can continue working with you toward a solution that you are satisfied with. Please feel free to reach out to us directly so we can assist you further. Best regards, CNHL Team
