I ordered a customized dress but but it…

I ordered a customized dress but but it came back too big. I had to spend another €50 to do reductions and adjustments. I wasn’t happy with that.

The dress is beautiful

The dress is beautiful, good quality and exactly as shown in the pictures. I had it tailored although it came a bit too long and the breast part is too big so I’ll need to have it fixed. The delivery was very quick and arrived earlier than expected.

Sizing issue

We ordered two dresses for my bridesmaids at separate times as we loved the first one. A size 20 was ordered and a size 16 arrived. When we emailed and told them that this had happened, we were told that the sizing on the website had changed and the size 16 was now the measurements of the 20. Although clearly not as the sizing did infact fit a friend of a size 16. Was told that they could offer a £25 refund and to keep the dress, or send photos and return the dress (at our expense) for them to decide whether a refund/exchange could happen.

Purchased a dress for my eldest…

Purchased a dress for my eldest daughter who is a bridesmaid at her younger sisters wedding this July. We had it specially made to her measurements which we sent. The dress came within 3 weeks and was really well made apart from the bodice and the waist being huge and now having to take to a dressmaker to alter. The colour was exactly what we ordered. The company emailed us before starting the dress to confirm all the measurements we sent were correct. Like others we was not aware that it was coming from China and only realised when we got the tracking details. I cant say I dislike this company or like them but It would of been polite for them to let us know on their website that the dresses are made and shipped from China.

2weeks and still no samples

EDIT: Still no order however the company has been in touch has given me a full refund and are investigating where the order is. Because of this I have changed my star rating from 1 to 4stars as the company have been good and refunded me and are investigating. Still not recieved my order of samples. Emailed the company and all I got was sent the tracking. Which I had already stated I had looked at and still haven't recieved them. Don't think they are reliable if they can't even send a few samples which cost me nearly £6 including shipping 2 weeks and still no samples won't be ordering my bridesmaid dresses from here

Very unclear information on website. These items are shipped from china and must be returned to china at the cost of consumer if replacement/exchange needed. I did receive a refund in the end, but had to go through PayPal complaints.

Absolutely terrible I didn’t realise…

Absolutely terrible I didn’t realise these would be sent from China when I ordered. The dress was lovely however far too small despite using the measurement guide. After emailing the company for a refund I was advised that this was not an option as it would cost too much money. Be wary of ordering from here. I have a dress now that’s too small and out of pocket

When I ordered dresses I was not aware they were coming from China. When they arrived the sizing was all wrong even tho I ordered a bigger size. It was very difficult trying to explain to customer services as they were in China that the dresses were not suitable, it cost me alot of money to return dresses in order to get a refund.

Don't buy from this China company

Honestly, the dress that I received is supper unflattering. The placement of the cinched in waist isn't where the waist is. It's right under the chest, so it gives you the appearance that you are fat when you aren't and the bust is completely made of tool with no shape so you look like you have a huge uni boob. Looks like the photo in theory like buying from Wish lol. Anyways, this isn't even the worst part. I tried to return and MAYBE get another dress, only to find out these come from China. This company doesn't give you return labels, which would have been discounted because companies have accounts with postal services and they don't have a sister company that you can ship to. They were trying to charge me $230 to return. So now I am out of pocket and stuck with an expensive crappy ugly dress. And on top of this they want to charge you a %10 restocking fee lol. What a joke. Y'all have literally trapped people into buying your dress in the event that we don't want it and you still make your money bc it cost almost double the dress to ship it and %10 to literally hang it up. Save your money. Don't buy from these China companies. The dress isn't even worth what I paid.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! EXTREMELY POORLY MADE GOODS. I CAN'T GET ALL MY MONEY BACK, I'M BEING CONNED. WHO EVER IS READING THIS, DON'T LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU. I bought a Cicinia chiffon wrap from this company . The disgusting chiffon article that turned up was all screwed up and appalling, Very, very badly sewn, Tension on stitching intermittent, running off the seams. Hand sewing of button and hook and eye, so badly done looks like its been sewn by a five year old! The whole wrap is tatty, disgusting and very badly sewn which all shows on the surface. The colour is nothing like the colour I ordered. It should be a light warm purple, this is a flat dark funereal purple. I would not be seen dead in it. It cost me £15 + £4.99 postage.On complaining, I was told they could only give me £8 refund and I keep the jacket. The jacket is a rag, only fit for the bin! They reminded me how much it would cost me to return it to China and it would take two months. Advising me to take the £8. I objected. They then offered me £12, but I would have to send it back to China, pay the postage myself, which they reminded me is very expensive and it would take two months!! This means I would lose £8. THIS TANTAMOUNTS TO BLACKMAIL IF I DON'T ACCEPT A LOW REFUND! They don't seem to understand I'm sending it back because it's seriously badly made, it looks awful. They are in breach of the Trade Description Act. I've submitted many photos of how bad it is, They will not refund my full money,I also want the £4.99 postage back, it's not my fault they delivered me a load of poorly made, tatty rubbish. they are conning me!!! This is to wear over a beautiful dress I have bought for my daughter's wedding- not from them, thank goodness!! I just want what is rightfully mine. I will advise anybody not to use this company. Their goods are nothing like they advertise.The poor standard of their work will ruin anyone's wedding!!
