I still never received one of my…

I still never received one of my dresses and one of the other dresses the zip completely broke on the day of the wedding. So one of my daughters could not be a bridesmaid. Nothing had been done about getting a refund for dress that still never turned up.

Received different colour than ordered, customer service awful

Ordered the colour mulberry and received a completely different colour. Spent three weeks writing back and forth to try and get them to honour their return policy, all the whilst they were trying to bargain how much they would refund me if I kept the dress, which I didn't want to as it's not the colour I ordered. Awful service, don't order from here.

Trouser suit was of poor quality and…

Trouser suit was of poor quality and shapeless. Company refused to have it sent back and offered me a partial refund in writing,that I have still not received,despite several emails.

slightly larger the normal size 18 but made well and after slight alteration look lovely

Their returns policy says 90% refund

Their returns policy says 90% refund. This is not the case. After lots of emails to and fro, sending numerous photos and info etc I was offered 20%. I refused to accept that, their final offer was 50%. Very disappointing. The quality of the material was good, dress was not at all like the picture though. I would recommend to shop elsewhere

The product I ordered was wrongly advertised. When I received my product it was the wrong colour and there were no other options to change the colour

Lovely dress.

Easy to deal with company. Lovely dress. I had made to fit order and fitted perfectly. Only things I would have liked was a quicker delivery.

Difficult to get right size and poor postag

Difficult to get right size for my maid of honor. Had to order 4 custom order dresses to get correct size and style. Cannot return custom ordered dresses. So now stuck with 3 dresses of no use. Paid a lot for postage and packaging, to have them arrive shrink wrapped in plastic and terribly creased. It took a long time and a lot of streaming to get the creases out.

I am still waiting for refund for 2 dresses I returned.

Sadly not a good fit

Although the dress is lovely, it doesn't fit even though I gave my measurements, I am six foot tall but for some reason the waist is under my bust and not actually where my Wasing is so makes it very unflattering and uncomfortable, so will have to try and sell it on and find another dress.

Overall I was very pleased with my outfit, the fabric used is lovely and the colour was as expected. The fit was good except the trousers witch were on the large size and had to be taken in. The suit arrived well on time and I would happily use Cicinia again.

Don’t buy from this company

I will never buy from this company again! My outfit was faulted which they state full refund. That is not the case they offered 30% & for me to keep the outfit as they said they couldn’t afford any more! Eventually after a lot of stress on my part they refunded me 70%.For no fault on my part I was out of pocket. They are shocking!
