dresses were lovely but your sizing is completely wrong!!! also.needed to send one dress back as it arrived damaged and this hasn't been an easy process.

Dresses I ordered are very good quality. Time to arrive was good. I find the sizes complicated. One dress is too small and the other too big. But luckily there is a way we can get these altered. Not necessarily the shops issue. I ordered two adult dresses and 1 junior dress. I thought by ordering the dresses from the same shop they would be the same colour, but there is a noticeable difference. I don’t want the hassle to send back so have decided to keep

Well made dress,the length was perfect

Well made dress,the length was perfect, it fitted well and was very comfortable to wear.The only thing was that the colour was slightly darker than advertised.

Gowns ordered were of very poor quality…

Gowns ordered were of very poor quality material, not breathable at all. In addition, I had to pay for the shipping separately, which I was not aware of.

Purchase for my mother for grandsons…

Purchase for my mother for grandsons wedding. She was really pleased with it. Looked exactly like model. Only problem was that it was badly creased on delivery and cost her more money to get it steam ironed.

Delivery took quite a long time after…

Delivery took quite a long time after ordering. If this wasn’t adding additional pressure to wedding planning I think it would have been a 4/5*. We made sure measurements were correct as detailed on website before ordering. Sizes are not true to GB sizes so make sure you use a tape measure to check your size. However, I still received emails asking if we’d like alterations before shipping for another 2 weeks after ordering. It wasn’t until another week I received an email confirming my order was on way. Nearly 3 weeks after ordering. On receipt of our dresses they were beautiful, packaged very compact but hung for a few days looked marvellous. Quality was very good, colours matched perfectly, they only needed taking up to shoe height. Our day was perfect with so many beautiful compliments along the way. Thank you

We’ll made and lovely material but I…

We’ll made and lovely material but I ordered not knowing it was a Chinese company, I would have sized up on the dresses and honestly probably would’ve looked elsewhere as it cost me a fortune to return the dresses when they didn’t fit. This was after 3-4 emails where they offered me a fraction of what I paid if I would keep the dresses even though they didn’t fit my bridesmaids. Still waiting on my refund.

Lovely dresses

Delivery on time, very impressed by quality and cup padding in dresses. Colour ordered was a the same as the swatch ordered previously to make sure was the correct colour choice before ordering. All bridesmaid's looking forward to wearing them on the day.

Good company

It took a few days for my query to be answered but it was answered satisfactory. Really pleased with my item, postage and tracking

WARNING

WARNING! Sent wrong colour item, blue instead of lavender & the item was poorly made. Argued colours vary!!! Refused to refund fully even though not custom made. If I had sent it back, it would’ve cost a fortune in postage including other shipping fees and even then would not have received a full refund. I felt forced to accept £70 refund and told to keep the item. I did not get £50 back that was owed. I accepted it for my sanity but I will never order from them again and advise accordingly.

Not good with customers care

Not good with customers care! Order some bridesmaid dress swatches and paid for delivery. I never received them. Contacted the company to find out what was happening. I was told that they got sent out a month ago when I ordered them and if didn’t receive them then I had to order them again and pay. They clearly wasn’t bothered about losing their sale. I ended up shopping elsewhere buying 6 bridesmaids dresses. I would not recommend and use them in the future.

Orderd samples on 31st December still…

Orderd samples on 31st December still not received them when chasing up my order the emails were worded in a very unpleasant manner and I felt like I was being accused of lying! Was eventually told they would resend the items and thy never showed up. I’m glad it was only £5 order and not a £100 dress I’ve lost out on.

Lots of errors in delivery

The dresses are lovely, but I had multiple issues actually getting my 4 dresses. One was delivered in the wrong colour - it transpired that this was intended for another customer and we were asked to post this dress to the other customer. Not sure how I would feel as a consumer to know my name and address was given randomly to stranger for this purpose. Another dress also had a snag on the front of it - although a replacement was sent out promptly. Further to this, I had selected a delivery date which allowed me to see the bridesmaids that same weekend so that I could save money on the (very expensive) postage. They were delivered early which meant that I had to pay to post them out to the bridesmaids to ensure they could try them on within the (very short) 15 day returns window. Overall, I would not recommend.

Dresses/refund

Dresses was fine just didn’t suit my bridesmaid at all went for the refund to be charged £70 to return these 3 dresses also been over 3 weeks waiting for a refund as they missed the delievery

Lovely dresses, small sizing

Dresses are lovely, very good material. Sizing is extremely small however. Even when going by measurements given, they were still 2 sizes out. Difficult to send back for a refund so expect to be offered less than a 50% discount & keep hold of the dress you don’t want.

Brilliant

The free custom size is a game changer. Wasn't a fast delivery and was a day later than expected but I was okay with that. It was easy enough to contact the seller to ask questions and got a relatively quick response.

Wanted to return goods as far too…

Wanted to return goods as far too large, even though I followed instructions and measured rather than go on dress size. Far too expensive to return, even though their fault not mine, was offered half the price of dresses to keep. Lost out over £100 as they make it very difficult to return. Beware
