The company communicated well to check the sizes were correct and provided updates in regards to shipping. The dresses also arrived earlier than I expected!

No response for 3 days whilst trying to…

No response for 3 days whilst trying to get a refund, dresses are beautiful but ordered a couple for choice and explained this at the time of ordering and it was explained I would lose 10%. Customer Service in contact all through ordering now NOTHING because I have requested a return. I did want to order another dress and veil but won't be now. JJ's house were excellent for purchase and refund wish I had gone back there. Disappointed and left out of pocket

If I could give 0 star I would! Dont use this company! Dresses are smaller than the size you actually order I have been trying since May to get the right size dresses for my bridesmaids, I am now 2 weeks away from the wedding and I still have no dresses. 3 orders places since May and all of the dresses have been smaller than their size guide! I wish I had never used this company!

The worst place to buy from don't buy from them me and my friends got a bridesmaid dresses from this company the colour was ment to be sage green I would say it was more lime green so was not as advised then we wanted to send back one person for offered 40% of the cost of the dress one got 50% and one got 60%it was a nightmare back and forward emailing them wanted pictures of what was wrong very poor communication and to top it off mine dress didn't turn up and got lost thank god the colour was not as advised Or I wouldn't have had a dress to wear I will never recommend or buy from here again

Damaged goods full refund was denied…

Damaged goods full refund was denied only £50 refunded which means I'm still £70 out of pocket and they won't budge despite my statutory rights.Will never buy from this company again.

Material is looks and feels cheap

Quality of dress was very good

Quality of dress was very good. Delivered before promised date but dress was too big for me despite sending my measurements to Cicinia my dressmaker is taking £60 to alter to correct size. She also said my measurements that I took were correct and never ever have a dress made by anyone unless they see you and measure you. Happy enough just a bit annoyed that my dress is now well over budget with the £20 delivery and £60 alteration fee.

Color and fabric spot on

I got my dresses on time, they were beautiful and the color and fabric was exactly as represented on the swatch. I can't speak to how they are for ladies or how size inclusive because I only ordered for junior bridesmaids.

They argue with the customer and dont offer full refunds

What kind of company does not offer a full refund straight away and argues with the customer over it. 3 dresses and only 1 fit, the sizing DO NOT MATCH. they only offered a refund for less than half of 1 dress. Then when they finally agreed to a full refund, i get to the post office ans its £60 to send as they are based in china. Dont bother with this company, Absolutely waste. The dresses are nice dont get me wrong but you have to get the right size straight away so you dont have to send them back. We all had to go up 3/4 our normal size.

Refund problems

I have no doubt the dresses are beautiful from this company the problem I did have was when trying to get a refund for a dress that was stitched faulty they wanted to only offer me £15 refund on a £50+ dress, back and fourth with emails to them for my refund. In the end I accepted £30 as it’s like getting blood out of a stone to get them to give a full refund as per the company refund policy which is clearly a load of nonsense as they don’t adhere to it! The hassle and the faff has put me off ordering my dresses from here for my wedding.

Fantastic dress

The fit was almost spot on. I used custom measurements. The quality of the dress was fantastic for the price. Very happy

Please don’t risk wasting money

Please don’t risk wasting money. Colour not the same as on the picture. Refunds are really hard to get and they will try to bargain you down and offer you some of your money back, so you lose half of you paid not the 10% as stated on their website. Shop elsewhere is my advice.

Outfit is fabulous. Ma a little snug around the thigh and bottom area. I love the colour and will definitely use this company again and recommend to others

The pants were too short and it had to be made over again with additional cost. The flower is a different shade and looks very cheap.

Although we submitted measurements

Although we submitted measurements, the dresses were completely off and had to be altered. Additionally, there was so much more fabric on the dresses than you can see on pictures which also made alterations more expensive
