Wrong wig, and was not compensated

I ordered a Wednesday, Addams dance dress and wig combo. The dress was great but the wig was the wrong one and falling apart. When I contacted the company they emailed me back offering me a six dollar credit. I wrote back asking to be credited the difference from what just the dress would be to the dress and wig combo and never heard back from them, the wig is $22 and they offered me $6 to make it right.

perfect upgrade to my tifa cosplay

This is probably one of my favorite cosplays in terms of quality and detail. I was especially impressed by the skirt which is made of a leather like material that’s very heavy duty and full of details like the chains and pockets. I also was surprised to find out that although I had intended to size up, choosing XL was the perfect fit. The only downside was the material of the socks and sleeves, but those are easy to replace.

Huge price to pay for a return.

Great quality garment, but sizes run small. Since it's too expensive to send it back, I'm stuck with it. Stick with businesses that have a free return policy.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WONT REFUND YOU. I spend $159 on a costume. The pants were poorly made and did not fit. I initiated a return and also ordered a replacement size (for $159 more). I spent the $50 mailing back my costume. They received it and claimed they refunded me. They didn't. I wasted hundreds of dollars and shipping fees for this company to completely go back on their own return policy! NEVER AGAIN. quality was also low

Returns are difficult to say the least

I ordered two costumes, Raya and Sersi. Neither fit, but the Raya one was workable so I kept it and had it altered. I mailed the Sersi costume back because I happen to live in Edison where mailing to China at an affordable price is possible. But otherwise it would not have been possible to return as the shipping would cost something like 50 or 60 dollars. Shipping took over a month and I had to follow up to get my return. They said I'll receive the credit in 1-4 days.

My costume arrived super fast

My costume arrived super fast, and it was great quality. 4 stars instead of 5 due to the fact the costume (raven from teen titans) did not have the gems on her hands and the gem belt was very bad (replaced it next day). The cape, neck gem, and bodysuit were great though

Smells like death and customer support did nothing

Everything went wrong -- I paid for fast shipping (7-10 days), it still took almost 2 weeks for them to ship the package. I carefully measured, but the fit was still all wrong (32 inch waist was closer to 34-35) When trying it on for the first time, I was overwhelmed by a smell of dead mice, chemicals, and fish. It was extremely gross. The construction of the costume was poorly made, unhemmed edges everywhere and the details attached were barely held on by glue, most fell off within 30 seconds of trying it on for the first time. The smell was so bad I had to immediately shower and scrub my body to remove the smell of death from my skin. When trying to process a return, they explained that I past the two-day return policy and offered me $10 (I spent over $100). Insulting. Never again.

10/10 would never buy from them again. Bought five items spent around 250 and items said they’d ship and be at my door in two weeks time. Took 28 days and I opened it only to have one item. Checked my email had one tracking. Reached out to them. They got back to me a week and a half later. Then said my other items will be shipped soon. Took 12 days to ship them and two months to arrive. Would never buy from them again. Quality sucks. And to return they said I’d have to pay 50 bucks plus each item would have to ship individually. Never buy from them. Save your money and buy form anyone else. Takes to long to get your items and the items are not what is pictured

Not perfect but cool !

The Cosplay I ordered wasn't perfectly like I thought but i've been able to upgrade it easily, it's a good base to work !

Expected a tracking email to be sent to my email. Nothing has been sent and now they claim to "not be able to find order" Not a trust worthy site. Save your self the hassel order somewhere else

I ordered a costume and paid $40 for…

I ordered a costume and paid $40 for expedited shipping so I could get it before Halloween. The costume arrived very quickly, but they sent me the wrong size. I wrote to them and let them know that I would like to have the correct size returned to me and have them pay for my return shipping of the one I have. They did not offer to pay for return shipping and let me know that it is usually very expensive and can take a very long time to receive. They also said they don't actually have the size I ordered in stock and offered a 20% discount to keep it. They also suggested I keep it and sell it to someone else or pay to get it altered! I have sent them a final email requesting for them to either pay for the cost of alterations or provide me with a full refund and prepaid return label so I may return it to them. I have a feeling they are not going to make things right, and I will be reporting them if that is the case. Unfortunately, this experience has made me leary of using them ever again. The costume itself is actually really great quality.

So I have purchased numerous costumes from other sites. I measure myself, compare agains size chart and order. I ordered a costume based off a size chart and when it came in it fit around the chest and the hips but the waist was too big. I contacted the company several times. There has yet to be a resolution and the company stop responding which is completely unprofessional. It is sad to say that they did not want to except a return without paying for shipping and sad to say that the shipping was $60 to send back even though it was not my fault for sizing. If you go to order from this company and sure that you are not going to return it at all or else you will not get be in communication with this company as they are awful at communication. So I paid $150 for a costume that I can’t even wear.

10/10 do NOT reccommend

It has been two years and i still have not received my costume…literally..i ordered an $80 costume from them on October 19, 2020

I’d order from them again!

I ordered three outfits from Cossky: two swimsuits from different anime and a Sailor Moon outfit. The quality of this swimsuits were awesome; The sailor moon outfit left a little bit to be desired but it would be fine for a Halloween costume. My order shipped in three different packages and I had to email to request the additional two tracking numbers, but they were communicative and helpful through the process. I would order from them again.
