Specifically, the clothes I received are poorly cut, the recommended size is incorrect, the fabrics are too thin and not very durable, and the seams are of poor quality. Poor value for money.

I purchased a suede coat and a leather coat from this company first it took so long for me to receive my items and then when I received it it wasn't suede nor was it leather I received the terry cloth coat and a plastic coat and I had spent over $200. They do not have a return label they expect you to return their cheap mess that they sent you knowing that they did not send you what you asked for or what you paid for. If this company know they are false advertising then they need to provide a return label. Nothing on this website informs you that this is some knock-off mess and it is not going to be what you ordered. So having to pay $50 to send some crap back that I don't want is ridiculous. I placed an order 11/26, reached out a week later becuase the status on the site was still saying processing and they gave me a generic response about delays due to holiday load. So 2 days ago (12/17) I decided to ask for a refund and immediately got a response saying that its too late to cancel because the order was already shipped and they sent the tracking details. Now I see that they've attempted to deliver 3 times and "missed" me even though there is a call box there with instructions. No I'm being told I have to pay to have the item reshipped and they want the payment via paypal. All the while, the status on the site is STILL showing the order is in the "processing" status. This whole thing seems off. Will definitely not be using this again.

The products supplied from this site are not as advertised and appear to be counterfeit. They were sold and marketed as genuine discounted/end of season Carhartt items, however the goods I received are clearly not authentic for the following reasons:
• The labels and branding are incorrect, missing, or inconsistent with genuine Carhartt products
• The quality of the items is extremely poor and does not match the images or descriptions shown on your website
• The items arrived in packaging clearly originating from China, despite Carhartt being an American brand founded in Detroit
• The materials and workmanship are comparable to low-quality fast-fashion goods, not premium branded workwear.
The company has been contacted with pictures that they requested prior to return. They have declined a full refund and offered a partial refund of £18 on a £80 order! Please stay away from these rogues!!!!!

I really should of done a research on this company before buying from them! Extremely disappointed. I ordered two coats from Cotosen and waited nearly three months to receive them. When they finally arrived, the quality was horrible — nothing like advertised. The materials were cheap, sizing was off, and absolutely not worth the price.
