I paid for sweatshirt and shirt for my bf and mom as a birthday gifts. I got only stolen my money and anything else! Already 2 months. I won't expect anything to be coming. And it's not a problem about money it's just painful when I been looking for something special and I end up on the scam!!!
Didn’t even buy anything, but entered my email when going through the process. I now get emails once a day spamming me. Contacted customer service who said they would stop: they did not. Reached out to customer service and all other emails I could find but no response. Terrible business. Do not even go on their website for fear of contaminating your inbox.
Terrible company to work with. Paid for VIP service and shipping insurance yet the sweatshirt took 40 days to arrive (missing Christmas). Also, the screen printed image looks awful and nothing like the image I sent them. Lastly, there are some sort of black stains on the back of the sweatshirt. Will attempt to obtain a refund but Im not optimistic based on other reviews about the return process.
It was supposed to be a present for my gf, but it's so ugly that I'm ashamed to give it to her. Poor quality sweater and even worse the quality of the embroidery. Only two colours have been used and they are not even matching with the ones in the photo I provided. The drawing looks horrible and absolutely not what you advertise on your website. The shipping took over 2 months. I would have preferred receiving nothing at all.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I ordered a sweatshirt with my dog's face embroidered on the front of it before Christmas. I received the sweatshirt well after Christmas and the embroidery is so far off centered, it's awful. I contacted the site many times just asking for a replacement of what I bought. I didn't want a refund. I wanted the product as I ordered it. After 25 emails going back and forth, I finally gave up because I was so disgusted. They offered a replacement to me if I paid the shipping costs! Why should I be responsible for shipping costs of an item to correct a purchase!?! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Took forever to show up and is comically terrible looking. The company conveniently doesn't allow comments or reviews on their social media anymore, probably because of how poor the products are. Avoid at all costs.
I was a little nervous to buy off this site, because I did not know if it was legit but it definitely is. I bought 3 embroidered pet portraits hoodies as late Christmas gifts and 1 for myself. It took about a month to arrive bc I didn’t pay for fast processing/shipping. My 5 pets (2 cats, 1 dog, 1 bearded dragon and 1 rabbit) look so adorable and instantly recognizable on the hoodie. Everyone keeps complimenting it and asking where I got it from!! Only mistake I noticed: my black cat has green eyes but they changed them to brown. I don’t mind it’s still so adorable.
Please don't. My order took a month for one part to arrive and two months for the second part. The second one wasn't even right, wrong size and design.

If I could provide 0*s i would! I had my brother's girlfriend in a secret santa. looked such a great idea, spent £46. Didnt arrive in time for xmas and when it arrived it was 3 weeks late. when it arrived, it looked nothing like the dog, i was hoping to upload a photo to show the contrast. the dog is black, the embroidery was in grey, it also came with a white nose for the dog, the dog doesnt have a white nose. when i messaged the company who didnt deliver as promised i was first told there was no refund policy. I was then offered a mere 5% (£2.35, what the!!!!) i then complained further and was offered 10% (really!!) and then was told 30% as it had been escalated with a manager. this still is not enough for a present that i can't gift as it was so embarrassing! when i further complained i had a message back saying i could have 10% off... they clearly arent reading the email chain. I then said i'd happily send it back but they wanted me to pay to return it to china. no thank you. had to settle with 30%. I read the poor reviews absolutely crapping myself after 4 weeks of not receiving my order. The order arrived 8 weeks later and it is nothing like what I ordered. I can’t even describe how awful it looks. What a waste of money! I have emailed them for a full refund but they are refusing. Only offering 10% back. Which is insulting! Please do not order! The company needs to be shut down! Edit: I complained to PayPal as was getting nowhere with them. They said I have to return it but becareful because they told me they have no return address.. they sent PayPal an address which I must return to but it doesn’t exist! So now I have PayPal refusing to refund me also!
Complete and utter garbage do not buy. Ordered 8th dec, received 15th Jan WITH VIP. The quality of the embroidery is a disgrace. I had the a dog picture on a sweatshirt. It’s laughable how bad it is. 0 stars do not buy from here. Utter utter tripe.
Truly awful!! Took forever to receive, it was the wrong size the wrong, the font was the wrong color, and the design itself was laughably small compared to the size of the shirt. Don't waste your money!!!!
Absolutely awful company to work with. Ordered a custom sweatshirt for Christmas with two dogs. Sweatshirt was over a month late. When i received the package, the white dog was brown, the eyes still were the color of the sweatshirt, you couldn’t see any of the other dog, and the fonts they had me chose were written next to the dogs name in parenthesis. Reached out to them to try and make it right, offered 10% discount. Report for fraud wherever you see advertised. ‼️‼️‼️SAVE YOUR MONEY‼️‼️‼️
AWFUL DONT BUY! WAITED TOO MONTHS AFTER PAYING £18 for shipping and it was hideous!! Hate it! Customer service sucked and they didn’t refund me - DO NOT ORDER
Total scam, my credit card was hacked within an hour of placing my order. The 3 tshirts i ordered finally just arrived about 2 months later and they are comically bad. We got a good laugh out of it, the stolen card information was detected right away by my bank and reported and we moved on. Don’t waste your time or money.
I absolutely thought this was a scam after never receiving an email confirming my order and then just a quite sketchy/generic “your shipment is delayed and will get there eventually” email, which caused me to come read these reviews and absolutely give up hope of ever getting my hoodie. But a month after submitting my order, I finally got a legit email from them that my order shipped, and a few days later it actually arrived!!! The sweater material is a bit on the cheap side, but the embroidery cat faces seems high quality! For the price I think it’s perfectly reasonable and I am quite happy! The timeline is abysmal for sure, and maybe the rugs are a different situation than the hoodies (based on the other reviews), but I would not consider this a scam and am honestly satisfied. Would recommend if you aren’t in a time crunch.
The Dog embroidery came in blue...... My dog is brown and they decided to color him BLUE, then the support team couldn't do anything, neither send a new "normal" sweatshirt nor refund the order. I believe this website to be a scam. Please do not order.
What ever you do don’t buy from this website I ordered 3 customs sweatshirts of my dog so it cost over 100 bucks they sent me 1 hoodie of a cat and now they won’t get back to me and turned off the comments on their ig
