This has been an absolute horrible sales experience. I spent $80 for a rug that was supposed to weave a replica of a picture that I sent of my sister's dog. I received a rug with what is hardly recognizable as a dog and looks absolutely nothing like the picture I sent and the colors they chose are absolutely putrid. When I confronted them about this they offered me a 5% refund. I responded telling them absolutely not then they offered me a 10% refund. This cannot be a legitimate company and is clearly just taking peoples money and sending them crap!
purchased two hand tufted rugs with dog pictures- as per their website.. look great online - pile rug - 3d effect - all looked after by hand - 7 stage process - even shaving.. well the rugs are just simple colour print on cheap rug - no tufted pile - no 3d effect... just trash!! £72 trying to get back - offer 30% - or have to send back at own cost before refund!! this is a scam!! do not Buy
The wrost experience I had far way!! So S h 1 t! Quality it's a piece of s h 1 t So expensive, they show a really diferent product!! the photo is incomparable, it looks like a cartoon with a black border around it, and all the same color, it's not even the real color of the dog. the dog is gray and they made it brown! Don t buy !!
If I could give this company a 0 rating, I would. I don't know why Facebook allows companies like this to advertise on their platform when the company is a scam.
I saw an ad on Facebook for tufted custom pet rugs. They showed the process of how they make the rugs, They were on sale, so I purchased two and sent pictures with the order. I received the two so called rugs about 3 weeks later. Well, they are far from tufted rugs. What this company sent were two printed cheap mats with a somewhat image of my pets. They were not the beautiful tufted rugs that they were advertising. I reached out to the company and requested my order to be corrected or refund my money for their mistake of sending the wrong item. They refused and stated that they could not accept a return because it is a custom item. As I explained to them in numerous emails, that the item is not even the correct item, therefore it is not a custom item, I requested many times for them to correct and send the tufted item. Their first offer was sorry and they would give me 10% off of order. I refused and request a refund or corded tufted order. after much going back and forth, This is not a company. They bait and switch items. they sell you something and then give you a different item of lesser quality in workmanship and material. Do not use this company. They do not stand behind their product and take your money. All of the ads on Facebook have comments but most of the comments are hidden or deleted. They delete the bad reviews. They can't delete the angry likes as you will see them on the ads. I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. I accepted their last offer of 50% off because it was better to get some money back then nothing at all from a company like this. It was a good lesson learned to always check and see the ratings of theses so called companies. Stay away.
Shocking service. Do not waste your time. I ordered a custom hoodie 30/11/23 and after 11 emails asking for an update i still don’t have my item as of today 10/1/24. The replies i get provide me with the same useless tracking info and promises it is on the way. They’re now saying i can have $8 of my $70 order back but not a full refund as they say they sent the item and it is on the way.
I recently made a purchase from them and I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with both the product and the customer service I've experienced.
The T-shirts I received were of shockingly poor quality. Loose threads were visibly hanging from the fabric, completely ruining the intended aesthetic. The overall impression is one of subpar craftsmanship, making this purchase entirely regrettable.
To compound matters, the waiting time for the order was unreasonably extended. However, what truly disappointed me was the dismissive tone in their previous email when I attempted to address these issues. It's disheartening when a company fails to acknowledge and rectify valid customer concerns.
In light of the substandard quality of the products and the lack of a meaningful response from the company, I have decided to return both T-shirts and request a refund. This entire experience has been nothing short of frustrating and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
I genuinely hope they takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity for improvement. As it stands, I cannot recommend this company based on my negative experience.

Ordered a jumper and a stuffed toy turned up. When I contact them all I'm given is automated replies and a different name on the email every time. They've taken my money and sent a toy and won't refund my money. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
It took two months to be delivered. I only ordered it bc no where on the website did it say it was a chinese company.
The final product is awful. Looks nothing like the picture I sent in.
The only positive thing I can say is that the customer service was very quick to answer. But overall don't bother.
The worst shopping experience i have ever had. Ordered a hoodie as a Christmas present for someone on Decemeber 5th, and i am writing this review on the 10th January and i have no ides when it is going to be delivered. They will literally take your money and just not ship you your product. There must be an illegal term for this type of organisation but AVOID at all costs.

First of all ordered on the 3rd dec and item arrived 8th jan. a whole month for it to arrive, hoodie is pretty basic (no warm fluff on the inside) and the picture looks nothing like my dog. Stitching also coming off and it hasn’t even been worn yet.
The worst experience. I ordered 2 custom shirts from them, both size M grey. Came more than 6 weeks later, so didn’t arrive in time for Christmas. I emailed them multiple times for order updates, only giving me generic responses. Then when I wanted to cancel my order they have magically sent it! The two shirts firstly, are different shades of grey and are different sizes. Then the embroidery looks nothing like the photos I provided. My brown and grey tabby cats are depicted as.. navy blue! No stripes either. Looks horrible. The embroidery is in a weird position on the shirts and there are threads hanging from the text embroidery. My dog shirt looked better but the colours are not correct either. It seems the two shirts have been made to very different standards. I’ve tried contacting them for a refund but from my previous experience with their customer service team, I don’t think it will eventuate much. Don’t waste your money and time!

Order a customised hoodie on 11 December. Today is 13th January and when I try to look into my order, there is no update and says will be shipped soon. Find a better website. I do not recommend their service at all.

I have been waiting for almost 1 month for the delivery. They answer fast to the emails but their only response is to blame someone else. Of course it was a holidays present and didn't make it on time. The product needs to be "the best" (I don't expect it) in order to compensate this wait
order took 6 weeks to arrive. When it finally did one item was missing and the remaining 2 T shirts were the wrong size (they were a L and I ordered XS). Terrible customer service with generic responses. Having to go through PayPal to try to get a refund but they want me to return post the items and have provided me with an address in Chinese so I have no idea where to send. Absolute sham. Avoid at all costs
