I just reported them to the FTC. Like everyone else, I ordered a custom product (tufted rug) and waited almost a month to receive it. I received a printed foam mat of what looks like a pit bull (my dog is a border collie) and was told someone from customer service would reach out. Not surprised that no one ever did, and I had already left comments on every post someone made on their Facebook page. They blocked me on FB messenger so of course I disputed through PayPal. They offered me 18% refund (what I paid for shipping + $10), or 100% refund but I needed to pay for shipping on my end. Absolutely not. It would cost me over $120 to return via DHL worldwide to get there in a timely manner. I'm not a fool. As of right now I still have the product and sent them back the same tracking they sent me after PayPal correspondence between them closed when I accepted full refund (and to continue messaging I left a long note in the comments). They don't send what's advertised and are terrible. I hope they get shut down. I don't know how some people sleep at night honestly.
Ordered two hoodies from this company for Christmas, ended up taking almost a month to come and that's after continuously contacting them. Finally arrived and the colours are off, the stitching is appalling. They do not look anything like my animals. They've made a black cat grey and a black/brown dog grey with a white back and one cat white with a ginger head. Nothing was right in any way, the only thing was completely off. It's just absolutely appalling. If I could add a picture I would.
My order took ages to dispatch, when I questioned why it had still not been dispatched over 3weeks later I got told they would notify the warehouse. It was sent that week. I had stated that it was urgent and I wish I hadn't, they had obviously rushed the job. The picture of the family dog I received had no eyes and otter teeth that should have been a tongue. Honestly thought I'd been prank. The company state that you can return within 30days but have to have a return in agreement before sending back. I have been emailing for 2 weeks trying to arrange a return and every email I receive back is a discount offer and no return. As I do not want a discount I will have to go go through my credit card provider! Appalling company at every turn. DO NOT USE
My boyfriend got me a sweater from you for Christmas and I have to say I'm extremely disappointed. Neither the fur nor the eye colors of my cat are right, and the fur texture of the posts on Istagram are worlds apart from the quality on the products. I'm really disappointed because my cat means a lot to me and I see this as making fun of my cat. My boyfriend is also disappointed because after waiting a month for the sweater he thought it would at least look good. I don't think that's okay and I wouldn't wish that on anyone.
Do not use this company its a huge scam, parcel arrived over a month after ordering despite paying for expedited shipping, finally received the parcel and it looks nothing like my dog stay well away
TERRIBLE!!! I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed my order over a MONTH ago and still no tracking updates. Every time I emailed, they would give me a new shipping update. First it was 5-7 working days, then 3 and now 7-12! I eventually didn’t care about receiving the package since it was after Christmas, so I requested to cancel the order. They offered me 5% refund! RIDICULOUS! I requested no less than 100% and filed a dispute with my bank. Please do not order from here.
Don’t use! They send you emails forever and ever and there’s no way to unsubscribe! I replied to a few and asked to be unsubscribed but the emails keep coming.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered a sweatshirt as a Christmas gift. Still have no tracking or anything. I have had a lot of back and forth with the company. They have responded to my emails until recently. It started with every delay tactic they could use. Down to telling me that the product was dropped off to ship but no tracking. At one point they offered a return minus 30% or a 10% refund if I kept my order, once I received my order. Now they won't respond to any email.
Not one email that I have received contained any actual information regarding my order. It was all very generic. Avoid this company all together!!!!
Ordered mid November and received it 6 weeks later. Lots of lies about why it was not shipped. Once shipped, took 2 more weeks. I never got a receipt emailed to me. Luckily I used PayPal which had company information and invoice numbers. The quality of the shirt is poor and not worth the money.
Ordered a sweatshirt with 2 pictures attached of my dogs. The parcel wasn’t shipped for weeks and weeks and after chasing it up it was dispatched around 7-10 days later. The sweatshirt did arrive with one of my dogs who is a ginger/cream cavapoo… in BLUE! I emailed straightaway with the picture I originally submitted for printing and the image on the sweatshirt & they originally offered me a 10% refund, after I declined they then upped it to a 20% refund then once I declined again asking for a full refund (again!) they said they would print me a new one but I would have to pay 15USD for shipping to the UK. I declined and demanded a full refund (I paid £55!). They said they would give me a refund IF I paid for return postage and once they’d inspected the item (which hasn’t been taken out of the plastic zip bag). I accepted this method as I want rid of it and my money back & they’ve stopped replying and haven’t sent me the return address as promised they would.
I sent them a DM on Facebook and they advised me to wait until they emailed me back. I’ve followed it up with yet another email & DM’d again asking for the return address and I’ve not had any response for 12 days. To say I’m livid is an understatement. Waste of money & time waiting for it.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Ordered from them November 13th 2023 and it is now December 24th 2023 and still no product and a bunch of run around. I wish I would have looked at Trust Pilot before I ordered but I will from now on. Stay away, these people are garbage. If someone out there is seeing them, I'm in.
Ordered on November 14th and still have not received it. Will work with credit card company to get money back. Was strung along for weeks with “be patient” emails. Get your money back while you still can.
*Edit: I finally received my order on 12/28/2023, 6 weeks after I placed the order. I changed my rating from 1 star to 3. The quality is ok given the price didn’t break the bank. If they provided tracking then I would have been more patient.
Avoid this site. I ordered a hard tufted rug that was supposed to look like mu cat. I received a really cheap flimsy mat that I'd pay no more than a fiver for in a discount shop. I have a grey Persian cat and the rug looks like a cream pug! No refund available so will try to chargeback. Do not order from this site!
