Ordered a embroidered sweater for my wife for Christmas, product arrived in time but stiching and colors were all wrong. looks nothing like our dog and customer support is not wiling to acknowledge or help rectify the issue.
If I could rate this a ZERO, I would. COMPLETE MISREPRESENTATION & FALSE ADVERTISING!! I ordered 4 of these before Christmas as gifts based upon the pictures advertised and the video shown of their process. I uploaded four great pics and waited over month. When they arrived, I found 4 rugs that look NOTHING like what I ordered. They look to be screen printed on top of a cream colored background and all of the colors look the same. There is nothing "handmade" about them at all. When you compare the picture of what I ordered versus what I received, you can see it is not even close to what is being shown as the product for sale. When I contacted customer service, they replied that the items are custom and they cannot be returned. I was offered a 10% discount. No one discussed the product or acknowledged that my rugs were completely different, of low quality, and incorrect. Two even arrived damaged with part of the color being worn. I am a hug pet lover and was really looking forward to these and to ordering many more for myself and my friends, but I will not order again. I would strongly advise against ordering anything from this company unless you want to receive a cheap item that is not representative of what is actually being sold and shipped. There is no artist here and no handmade product being delivered. The first pic below is what I ordered from the ad online and the others are the actual products I received. You can see the damage on one clearly and they all look to be basically the same color. No hand tufted rugs here at all. Cartoon print of a picture and nothing like the ad. BUYER BEWARE!! When I tried to post my review I was not allowed. The site gave me a pop up that said "only customers who confirm received this item are allowed to leave a review”
I strongly advise against purchasing from this vendor. Their advertising is misleading, and their customer service is far from satisfactory. I recently purchased a shirt from this vendor as a holiday surprise for my wife, enticed by their appealing advertising. However, I was deeply disappointed with the actual product. The quality was so poor that my wife decided to discard the shirt immediately. When I reached out to the vendor expressing my dissatisfaction, they merely offered a meager 5% refund, which I found quite unacceptable given the circumstances. Their response and the quality of the product have been extremely disheartening.
They sent my package to the wrong address. These sweatshirts take forever to embroidered and they cannot even send to the correct address after all that. I do not recommend this site.
Not happy at all. Ordered 2 shirts Dec 4 and received them Jan 6. The two sweatshirts had the same design, but yet one design was smaller than the other one. Also, on one of them, the embroidery stitching was loosen coming out the front. And on the other one the design is only 4 inches wide, and 2 inches high! Not at all what they’re showing on the website with a large 10” x 10” image of your dogs face. Sweatshirts are still and not comfy at all.
DO NOT BUY!!! PLEASE. All these people who say they are good are lying. They are from the UK which is where the company is actually established. Iv looked into this. They stole my money and they WILL NOT RESPOND. After I went after them they disabled comments on Instagram and will not respond via email, dm, etc. I can't believe I fell for these people. I mean I didn't receive an order confirmation or receipt or anything after I made the purchase. It's has not been 30 days since I made the order. Save yourself. And report them on every platform possible! Custom look, if you read this you better send me a refund. If you are legit you have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Horrible! Got the wrong item a month after I’ve ordered and now they are not willing to give me my money back! Instead they want me to return the item and pay for the shipping myself! Horrible!!!
Ordered it for Christmas cause it looked so cute. 3 weeks in my order didn't change from "awaiting shipping" so I came to read all of the reviews and panicked as hell, I came to terms that it would never arrive. But it did today! And it's so awesome! I didn't give it 5 stars only because it took a few weeks longer to receive, but overall I'm very happy with it.
Do not order. Supplier in china, Worse customer service I placed an order 28 days ago and it is still not shipped. I paid extra for expedite shipping 25 CAD supposed to be produced in 24h and shipped 4-7 days. 28 days after it is not produced and they refuse to refund the expedite shipping or even cancel the order. Company located in china. Beware of the fact that if you do not like the product or the quality or size is not good you will have to pay the shipping back to china. That cost is at the buyer's charge / On the website they claim easy return but read the terms and conditions. You have to pay for the shipping back to china
I've ordered this before reading all the reviews and I panic a little bit 😅 but after few weeks my hoddie arrived. Lovely quality. Deffo not a scam don't know why people give all bad reviews. I'm happy woth my purchase. Thank you Customyourlook
Sadly I didn't read these before ordering. Everything you see here is true, either the parcel doesn't arrive I guess or like in my case, it does and it looks terrible. I ordered a hoodie with the faces of my 2 cats on it. My one cat is completely black, I sent a clear picture of her tho. She changed into a black and white cat, my other cat has multiple colors but is completely brown on the hoodie... sadly that isn't the worst part, I asked to put their names under the faces, they have that option. I gave in both names, I double checked after it arrived... And ofcourse, there's only one name under my two cats... I'm never going to wear this sweater since it looks ridiculous.. this is my 60 euros in the trash... Update 04/01:: I have received an answer that says I'll get a 10% refund... I replied that I'm asking for a full refund since this is a problem from their behalf and that if I could return the item, I would. Update 04/01: I have received a second email, telling me they can offer me a 20% refund. I explained that I'm not happy with this as the mistake was on their behalf (again) I 'demanded' a full refund this time. update 08/01: after sending emails back and forward (they do respond pretty quickly) they tried gave a 30, 35 and eventually 40% refund with a discount on my next order.... I hate this company and wish they have to end their business soon.. that's all I can say.
I ordered a pull-over the 28/11. I'm still waiting for my package. They advise me that they are some delay. Which i'm not responsible. I bought It for Christmas for my boyfriend.... and i didn't had it... Since then, the customer service is not responding to my messages. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE !!!!
TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT BUY Received the sweatshirt and was totally disgusted at the quality and craftmanship of the item. The item received is in no way a fair representation of the images the website, and nowhere on the website do they state that these items are manufactured and drop shipped from China, if fact they promote state of the art designers and embroidery machine which they clearly don’t have.
What a horrible company! Ordered two sweathirts before Christmas and it is not even sent! Customer service is a nightmare always answers different person. No individual attitude to customer and what is worse no constructive answer to my emails!
The order took 1 month and 5 days to be shipped and delivered, but the worst part is that the product is not what I thought I've ordered! The quality is very poor, not to mention the details of the embroidery! Just some examples: the embroidery is about my dog, he has blue eyes with a pink and black nose, he ended up being with black eyes and nose! I won't even start speaking about the dog coat since his beautiful blue merle has turned into a plain brown. What a huge waste of money and time! Totally disappointed.
THEY ARE A SCAM!! ORDERED my stuff on 12/3 states 5-7 expedited shipping emailed them for two weeks and they kept giving a sorry excuse it’s Christmas. Well it’s 1/1 and my order still hasn’t shipped. They are 1000% a scam.

Worst company i have ever dealt with. Recently ordered a Hoodie and a Blanket of off their Website. The Blanket arrived a few days ago and is NOT at all as advertised. The image i asked them to put on the blanket is extremely low quality (its just a 360p outline of the picture of the animal i've provided) unlike the picture they have posted on their website. and overall contacting them regarding a refund is a pain. While they reply within a day, even though i have sent them footage of their false advertising, with every email i send to them asking for a refund they just raise the refund offer by 10%. And they are shameless enough to ask me to buy something from them again knowing very well they might end up getting sued for false advertising. Plus its being produced and shipped from china and the delivery takes 1-3 months... Avoid this company by all means. The blanket was 50€ but with the overall quality its probably closer to a 15€ product. Save your money.
Worst company to deal with. No proof of your product. It's been a month and I still haven't received the product and I paid for expedited shipping. Customer service gives you a constant run around. Shipping tracker isn't updated. DO NOT BUY HERE
I finally got my sweatshirt after over a month of waiting. I could have done a better job. It is the absolute worst quality and the “embroidery” isn’t even centered. What a waste of money and time! Stay clear of this company!
