When I contacted Custype regarding my purchase, Lily and Rayray provided me with exceptionally kind and thoughtful support. They took the time to understand my situation and went out of their way to help me throughout the process. I am truly grateful for their kindness and assistance.
I've purchased the phone case and accessories for my Samsung S25 Plus and I love it! Great quality and very funcional for the busy mum with hand full all the time. After I decided that I need the same one for my S25 and they made a customized one for me super fast and professional! Thank you! Love the product, design and client service!
My package was damaged when it arrived therefore my phone case was discoloured. I contacted customer service and they quickly found me a solution. I really appreciate the options they gave me. Looking forward to receive my items.
I had recently order the Allure chain series for myself had order the color that I though I wanted that day however I had change my mind to a different color the next morning. So I had email customer service to switch the color to my desire the next morning and to my surprise since it was a Sunday they have reply to the request by that evening. Super awesome customer service!
My experience with custype was amazing. The customer service is impeccable, super friendly, informative and accommodating with a true personal touch. Awesome way to shop!
I was impressed with the customer service! I had a few questions about the item I ordered and they were very quick to respond. Their responses were well written and showed they cared and took pride in providing great service. I’m really looking forward to receiving my case and straps!
I love the zippered sunglasses and the customer service has been good
I placed an order with Custype using a 16% discount code. Custype then cancelled my order because their system flagged it as a “risk order,” even though it was a legitimate purchase. They did not contact me to verify the transaction before cancelling it. Afterward, Custype emailed me a 20% discount code (CS20), so I attempted to place the order again. The code did not work. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the 20% code can only be used after a “completed” first purchase — but my first purchase was not completed because Custype cancelled it themselves. So Custype cancelled my legitimate order, sent me a 20% coupon afterward, and then refused to honor that coupon because the order they cancelled did not qualify as a completed purchase. I shop online very frequently and rarely leave negative reviews, but this has been an unnecessarily frustrating experience. After multiple emails, Custype has offered no meaningful solution. I will not be purchasing from this company again.
I cant say enough good things about my experience with Custype. They went out of my way to help & replied quickly. I wanted Silver instead of Gold clips etc, which they didnt have, so they created a custom phone case & strap with Sunglasses case & it is amazing! The quality is better than my Bandolier set I am replacing & the clips are much better quality. I will definitely be ordering more items in the future. A big thank you to the team for all your help choosing the leather & strap colour with me.
The product is not hands free as described. There is no evidence that the product was despatched from China and although I have requested this it has not been received. It doesn't match the website description, they have admitted it is not hands free and I have to pay to return to China. I have reported them to the relevant authorities but buyers beware. Do not touch.
I ordered the phone case from Custype. I am disappointed with the return policy. I have to mail the product to China, which is very expensive. I purchased the product in the USA. I enjoyed collaborating with Custype as a surface pattern designer. The team was professional and clear in their communication, and they brought my designs to life beautifully on their phone cases and accessories. The printing quality is excellent, the products feel well made, and even the packaging was thoughtfully done. I would recommend Custype to my community.
Last year I received a CUSTYPE case with lanyard and attachments for my iPhone as a gift. It fit my phone perfectly. I loved the magnetic card wallet so I could leave my purse at home for quick errands. It also had another round detachable container that is small but still holds necessities for a longer time away from home. I was so pleased with it that I ordered one as a gift to a friend. By mistake I clicked on the wrong phone model. I didn’t realize it until I received the confirmation email, which did arrive promptly. I emailed them back as soon as I noticed my mistake. They were so helpful in suspending my incorrect order and offering to make it right. I already knew they made a quality product. Now after this experience I also believe they have great customer service. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
Custype sent me the wrong size for my iPhone case. They refused to pay for shipping cost to replace the item. The phone case was $27 and shipping would cost around $20-$25 back to China. They wanted me to take pics to prove that phone case doesn’t fit then told me to do a “packing” video before sending it out. Seems ridiculous to me. Don’t purchase from them.
I just received the lipstick case as a gift when ordered wristlet, really appreciated, admin replied quickly
I received my order today and I absolutely love it, it’s exactly like it was advertised on the website. It is coming from China, but surprisingly it arrived pretty quick with standard free shipping. It took about a week or so. You get what you pay for you really do, the quality is good. It doesn’t look rushed, or different from the pictures on the website it’s durable made very well and it’s shipped out within a few days. I am very pleased with Custype, so happy with my order in fact I ordered one for my other phone. Highly recommend if you’re just not sure, it’s legit and everything came perfect.
First time buyer from this phone case brand and I am completely satisfied! Delivery came about 9 days, really fast. The phone case for my Samsung S24+ fits perfectly fine and the accessoires that came with it is really cute. I love the design and quality! Please keep the good work!

✨ My new favorite accessory! ✨ I’m obsessed with my new Custype iPhone case elegant, practical, and so me! 🍊 The premium leather texture, gold details, and detachable heart coin pouch make it not just a phone case, but a real fashion piece. 💫
Never received their phone strap. They will not give us a refund.
