I had recently order the Allure chain series for myself had order the color that I though I wanted that day however I had change my mind to a different color the next morning. So I had email customer service to switch the color to my desire the next morning and to my surprise since it was a Sunday they have reply to the request by that evening. Super awesome customer service!

I placed an order with Custype using a 16% discount code. Custype then cancelled my order because their system flagged it as a “risk order,” even though it was a legitimate purchase. They did not contact me to verify the transaction before cancelling it. Afterward, Custype emailed me a 20% discount code (CS20), so I attempted to place the order again. The code did not work. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the 20% code can only be used after a “completed” first purchase — but my first purchase was not completed because Custype cancelled it themselves. So Custype cancelled my legitimate order, sent me a 20% coupon afterward, and then refused to honor that coupon because the order they cancelled did not qualify as a completed purchase. I shop online very frequently and rarely leave negative reviews, but this has been an unnecessarily frustrating experience. After multiple emails, Custype has offered no meaningful solution. I will not be purchasing from this company again.
I cant say enough good things about my experience with Custype. They went out of my way to help & replied quickly. I wanted Silver instead of Gold clips etc, which they didnt have, so they created a custom phone case & strap with Sunglasses case & it is amazing! The quality is better than my Bandolier set I am replacing & the clips are much better quality. I will definitely be ordering more items in the future. A big thank you to the team for all your help choosing the leather & strap colour with me.
The product is not hands free as described. There is no evidence that the product was despatched from China and although I have requested this it has not been received. It doesn't match the website description, they have admitted it is not hands free and I have to pay to return to China. I have reported them to the relevant authorities but buyers beware. Do not touch.

Last year I received a CUSTYPE case with lanyard and attachments for my iPhone as a gift. It fit my phone perfectly. I loved the magnetic card wallet so I could leave my purse at home for quick errands. It also had another round detachable container that is small but still holds necessities for a longer time away from home. I was so pleased with it that I ordered one as a gift to a friend. By mistake I clicked on the wrong phone model. I didn’t realize it until I received the confirmation email, which did arrive promptly. I emailed them back as soon as I noticed my mistake. They were so helpful in suspending my incorrect order and offering to make it right. I already knew they made a quality product. Now after this experience I also believe they have great customer service. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
Custype sent me the wrong size for my iPhone case. They refused to pay for shipping cost to replace the item. The phone case was $27 and shipping would cost around $20-$25 back to China. They wanted me to take pics to prove that phone case doesn’t fit then told me to do a “packing” video before sending it out. Seems ridiculous to me. Don’t purchase from them.

I received my order today and I absolutely love it, it’s exactly like it was advertised on the website. It is coming from China, but surprisingly it arrived pretty quick with standard free shipping. It took about a week or so. You get what you pay for you really do, the quality is good. It doesn’t look rushed, or different from the pictures on the website it’s durable made very well and it’s shipped out within a few days. I am very pleased with Custype, so happy with my order in fact I ordered one for my other phone. Highly recommend if you’re just not sure, it’s legit and everything came perfect.
