Great customer service I got my strap personalized to have two hooks rather than one so I can wear a coin purse and iPods with me. Cases are great durable great concept to have the wallet attached by a chain so to won’t loose it. I will be ordering new set in different color and updated case for my new phone. I ordered to UK very quick delivery.
I was so happy to recieve my new phone case, with crossiver strap with leather and gold chain, magnetic wallet that holds 4 cards, along with the pouch for any small miscellaneous items I may need when out and about. It's chic, classy and I'm so happy I no longer need to have a purse on my shoulder and phone in hand while out. I'm no longer clumsily dropping my phone with my purse falling off the shoulder. I was so excited to see Custype makes crossbody phone cases that fit my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. The product is very well made and I couldn't be happier. I love the flexibility to use the crossbody strap or the wristlet and zippered magnetic card holder actually stays on the back of the phone well. They added a connection strap just in case it's pulled off. I did not think I would care for the extra round case I can attach to the strap but it is great! It hold my car key, a lip gloss and cash. I have this product a 10 out of 10!

My first case didn't allow my phone buttons to work but customer service were on to it, and after some troubleshooting sent me a new case which works perfectly. I love the magnetic case and strap. Functional and stylish.
I have been using this brand for years. It's the best at allowing me to have my hands free when with my bub. It holds my phone and cards pefectly. I recommend it to all mums and even those that are not parents but wants to travel light.
I am so dissatisfied and disappointed! I ordered a package and it was never delivered. Supposedly Dpd delivered it, but not to me and it is not traceable. I don't get any support from Custype. no one responds to my emails. I am very disappointed. I would like the goods I ordered otherwise my money back!
