Hi there!
Thank you so much for the 10/10 recommendation! We are wagging our tails over here knowing that you had such a great experience.
As an Office Manager, we know your time is precious, so we’re thrilled the site was easy to use and the delivery was fast. We love supporting businesses like The Family Pet, and we'll be here whenever you need a "refill" to keep things running smoothly.
Best regards,

Hi Kelly!
Welcome to the Cartridge World family! Thank you for the honest feedback. We hate to hear that the Brother cartridges gave you trouble, but we LOVE hearing that Carol was able to take the stress off your plate.
We never want our customers to feel like they are "out the money" if a product doesn't meet expectations—standing by our guarantee is just how we do business. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with Carol.
Happy Printing (with that HP!), and we're here whenever you're ready for your next set.
All the best,
The Team at Cartridge World
