The $25 credit should of been accessible when I logged into my account. I had to click on your emailed link to view the $25 credit in my account so I could order cartridges. I have not received my order and do not know when it will be delivered.

Everything so far with this company has been exceptional. I did receive 1 remanufactured ink cartridge that did not work, but customer service responded in less than 2 hours letting me know they are sending me a new one already. Having a customer service team that's responsive and caring is unheard of in most companies today, so thank you!

I've bought several ink cartridge refills for my printer. The prices for ink are outrageous and CW helps bridge that gap. They have discounted prices but quality products. I've never had any issues with anything I've bought and shipping was really fast!
