Their latest shipment was handled in a professional manner and with dispatch as have been all the others. I have dealt with Cartridge World for more than 15 years ever since they had a store in Wallingford/Seattle and later when they were working out of Redmond. Even bought a printer from them. Great Match & Even Better When It Wasn't
This was my first experience with Cartridge World. I purchased replacement color ink cartridges for both a Brother MFC-J6945DW and HP 8600 printer. The order process was easy, pricing reasonable and delivery free. When the cartridges arrived, I had success with the remanufactured HP 951XL cartridge - first test print was perfect. I wasn't so lucky with the compatible Brother LC3037. After multiple cleanings and adjustments, I still couldn't get a clean page with any of the colors. When I notified Customer Service, Carol proactively explained that the cartridges that weren't working were covered under their guarantee, and she would guide me through the process. This was a pleasant surprise as I'd determined that these cartridges were a failed experiment, with me being out the money I'd spent.
I awarded 4 stars because there was still the issue of the compatible cartridges not working with my printer. But for integrity, honesty and the fantastic customer service provided by Carol - 5 stars!

Happened upon Cartridge World after a Google search when my local vendor retired and they have been FANTASTIC! Our supplies are always shipped quickly with everything well-packed to avoid any damage in shipping. Their compatible toners are a great value compared to genuine HP toners; they work just as well, last just as long & are affordably priced! Their Customer Service agents follow up appropriately and give links to the latest deals. I can't say enough good things about Cartridge World!

I've used Cartridge World for years and was sorry their two physical stores closed several years ago. Since then, I've ordered over the phone without any problems. Recently, the new website ordering was offered and was quite easy. I entered my printer data and the cartridge info appeared quickly.
