I bought one of the flashlights they advertised. What they show in the videos is not what they sent me. What I received was a piece of crap! A $2:00 flashlight for $19.99. What a ripoff! Because of the return ripoff policy, I chalk this one up as a lesson learned. People , please do not buy anything from this company. Pinterest should check them out better, with all the complaints they have.
ordered said ring got charged for said ring have yet to receive ring, feel as though I have been ripped off, where's my ring !!! an update, they offered me 18% back for a refund,unacceptable, when I asked for refund they tried all sorts of threats, like on return could get lost or stolen in mail would take weeks to get to china,finally wore me down and accepted offer, 18% and I got to keep garbage ring that I didn't want or ordered but first contacted bank about this fraud and they said they would look into it,long story short, bank put hold on payment saw that it was bogus and refunded my full price that I paid no 18% and I still got to keep ring, big deal! but I did get my money back! I guess there is a God, go figure
I ordered underwear, buy two get one free. I only received two pairs,and on mentioning this was told that it was not a limitless supply. However, one month after ordering the same offer is being made. I was given a 5% refund. I am not a happy bunny.
I would give them no stars if I could. I ordered some shoes, one they are nothing like they were described. They are the wrong size, very poorly made, and I never complain about anything. I tried to return they only have an email available. I had to go through the card that paid to have them respond. But what made more frustrated was that it would cost me more to return the shoes just to get the right size. Not worth it, so I paid for shoes that are labed my size but are to small for me to wear.
Followed all prompts for the “first time purchase” when I went to pay, my 50% off became 5% and then there was no field to put the code in which meant now I’m on the hook for two of the items I wanted and NO discount! They just took the money and ran. Horrible HORRIBLE misleading website. STAY AWAY
I ordered what appeared to be a very pretty Christmas ornament of a white poodle sleeping. I paid a lot for this: $17.95, but thought to splurge this one time. What I received is a 3" printed picture of a white poodle pasted on one side of a flat piece of plastic, worth less than $1.25 in any store. It does not at all resemble the 3 dimensional ornaments on their site. It's just a slightly blurry printed picture. I wrote to the company within 3 days of recieving this item to request a return and refund for this ornament, but received back an email (in Chinese; I had to google translate it) basically saying to check for the correct email address; this one is wrong. Since I got the email address from their website, there is no other way for me to contact them for a refund for this WAY overpriced cheaply made item. PLUS I had to pay $7.00 for shipping this tiny thing on top of the original price. I would not recommend shopping at this store.

I ordered a Xmas tree pattern with templates, paid $37 and they never sent any instructions as specified. When u try to email them the email bounces back. It is a total scam. Do not order from these people.
The picture of the Christmas wreath is nothing like you will receive. It was but 1 get 1 for 69.00. Wagon wheel design, looks like it’s something you would buy for $ 5.00 at a thrift store! So disappointing. I’ve emailed them for 3 weeks with no response. I wish I could upload the pictures!!!

This website is a SCAM! Do NOT buy anything from here! What is posted online vs. what you receive is counterfeit and nothing like advertised. HORRIBLE! SCAM! FRAUD! They make it impossible to get refund as well.

Shoes were obviously not made by Clark, were not sewn together at places and had worn spot when they arrived. The company response was for me to pay to send back shoes and not to expect a return of shipping or payment due to uncertainty of their receipt of shoes. Disappointed that my Citi card which usually stands by to help with fraudulent purchases would not intervene but accepted the sellers story on returns.Never had a worse experience!!
Do NOT order from this company. What a rip off. I wish I had viewed the Trustpilot reviews. I would have never order the piece of junk made in Japan. The sandals are nothing like the website shows them. These look like something you could buy at the .99 store. Very cheap looking. The soles are nothing like they describe.
I wish I had read reviews before wasting my money. The sandals I received were NOT what was shown in the video - cheap copy - cheap dollar store sandals is what I got. Stay away from this scam
Worst experience ever! The shoes smell like gases and made of the poorest material quality. I requested a return and they did not respond. Shoes are not cheap $$. This is a total scam.

I ordered what I thought were “Clark’s Shoes” but were advertised as “Clarkshoes.” I received cheap, ugly rubber/plastic shoes, and not at all what I expected. They sent one pair that I didn’t order! Obviously deceptive advertising. To mail them back to China I need to follow exact detailed instructions. It will cost me about 1/3 of the purchase price and still may be rejected (or lost) for some bogus excuse. Instead of mailing them back I was given the option of taking 15% of the total cost back and I could keep the ugly unwearable shoes! Learned my lesson!! Before purchasing do your research on the company!! Hopefully this review spares someone from making my stupid mistake! Update: I’ve been emailing back and forth with this company requesting a refund and wanting them to take responsibility for sending me shoes I didn’t order but they want me to pay for the return shipping (very expensive!). They are now offering 30% refund. Buyer beware of fraudulent companies like this one!! Do your research before purchasing.
bought shoes, came with an awful chemical smell, threads coming loose, wanted to return but only have 15 days from delivery, shipping to china certainly takes more than 15 days. plus they wanted pictures of everything. learned my lesson with companies like this.
