Horrible delivery service
The delivery service they used was horrible. They failed to deliver my package 3 different times and didapop was unable to remedy the issue. Never ordering from them again. I wish I could give a -1 star

Never disappoints.. The Best ever!
Best ever shop to get you collectable items from. All i can say is they are a really lovely team. Items arrived very secured no damage at all. I’d say 11 out of 10! Well done!

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. They don’t help when situations arise and are not transparent with what to expect. Sent defective items and helped refund but then blocked from future purchases

Last time ordering
The last two times i ordered were awful after service and I will not be ordering again. One order was a full set of sanrio plush and arrived smelling of cigarettes with damage to the vinyl faces. The next order took 9 days after my order for them to ship and arrived almost a full month after i placed order. When i asked about shipping they said their shipping person “was off for a couple days” but my friend who ordered at the same time had already been shipped and received their items two weeks before me.

On the delayed order: the hold-up happened in transit after the parcel left us, which is why your friend's package moved faster on a different route. That said, we should have kept you updated instead of leaving you to chase, and we're sorry we didn't. I love Didapop
I love Didapop and have shopped with them for a while now. Love the staff, the range of products and the prices. Items are received speedily and well packaged. They also offer a rewards system so you can gain $$ off as you shop. More than a lot of shops do. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Only order in live. CS for order issues is very poor.
Most products and shipping is great. Customer service is not. Paid extra for a confirmed special (3 x Blindbox price) and was allowed to chose hair colour, month later item was sent (not bothered by wait, as had expressed hair colour. No screenshot sent). When received it wasn't as ordered - hair colour was the ONE I said I didn't want and plush also had factory fault. With blind boxes factory fault can be expected sometimes, with item specially sourced they should be high quality and what was paid for. Reached out to manager and he made a joke about it. Was offered compensation with my *next order* (like I was about to make another order after that one was messed up?) of the same freebie he was giving away on stream. I just wanted what I'd ordered. Id say great to buy from in stream, but make sure you see it unboxed and don't order confirmed special or secrets. Hosts are great, female manager is nice, male manager is rude and unprofessional.

Excellent company well managed didapop is the best
Jimmy is a great host who always excels in customer service . He is very responsive on all media platforms if you need any assistance regarding your packages. All products always arrive in excellent condition and are packaged excellent with wonderful freebies. They are also known to giving a lot of chances to get a free blind box always giving back and thinking of the customers. Live is always a warm and friendly and welcoming atmosphere .
