I was very pleased with my entire experience. I got some very cute clothes at an amazing price. Shipping times were very decent. My item were well made and look just like the picture on the website. The top I ordered was very flattering. And I got a Halloween themed dress that I wore out to an event and got so many compliments on! I have no complaints and will certainly be ordering again!

I am trying to return 2 out of 3 items I received but, have not had any further instructions or Dresslily’s “RMA” form. As instructed, I have provided them with photo’s of the outside packaging, their “item code” and photo of the broken button from the jacket I ordered. The button came off when I tried to unbutton it to try it on and it simply became unthreaded. I guess their “quality control” system missed that one coat....Poor quality and disappointed. But now, mostly disappointed that they are not responding with their promise to provide me a RMA form (as mentioned on their return policy page) to complete the return of the two items! Not happy at all! My 30 day window to return the items is almost up and still waiting on them to respond... L1910181908551562 Nov13/19: Since my original posted review, Dresslily has replied to first, apologize, 2nd, look internally to the issues that lead to the dissatisfaction and 3rd, offered a partial refund and donate the two items that I wanted to return (no need to ship them back to them). Before doing so, they’ve asked that I, 1st, rewrite my review and 2nd, update them of my rewritten post here and they will proceed with the agreed resolve. I believe Dresslily offered the best possible solution for a partial refund. I also feel donating the items to charity and NOT shipping them back is a wonderful way to support my local community and reduce cost of fuel, shipping and carbon footprint. I don’t normally go to the shops to buy clothing for myself as I get fussy with style but seeing advertisements from Dresslily pop up while I’m browsing the internet it catches my eye everytime I have now purchased 3 times with this company that includes a parcel of some more beautiful tops that came today I’m once again in love with them I can’t recommend Dresslily enough thankyou so much Dresslily I love ordering from your clothing line and will continue to do so in the future :)

I decided to give dresslily a try after hearing my friends talk about this website. I ordered three bikinis and I loved all three! They fit my body perfectly even though the sizes run small. The material on these bikinis was amazing on the skin. They are perfect for any outdoor activities. Everyone would ask me where I get my bikinis from. I recommend buying from here 100%, it is worth your money.
We have been satisfied with our orders so far. At these prices, we aren't expecting real silk or the highest quality or even sizing consistency but we have been really quite happy. My husband has enough confidence with dresslily to buy clothing to surprise me with since I lost all my clothing in the California wildfires. I couldn't resist the beautiful pictures and made a first order from Dresslily. I didn't realise they are based in China, so my heart sank when I found out and was worried about quality and whether the items would even turn up. However, I am delighted now as the clothes are just as beautiful as advertised and very nicely made. They did take a while to arrive (shipping from China takes a few weeks) and one item took twice as long as the other, but I am very pleased with my purchases and would buy again.
