I have been a customer of Dresslily for almost two years and would give them 2 1/2 stars if possible. I have been satisfied with items I finally did receive however, my frustration is with slow shipping times and items being out of stock. Almost half the items I purchased were out of stock. This was not indicated at time of purchase and I was never notified until I opened ticket inquiries. On most items I paid an extra charge for expedited shipping which does not get refunded when the item is not in stock. In my opinion an item should not be placed for sale until a good quantity is on hand. Do not purchase an item with a special occasion in mind because it will most likely be out of stock and the item is shipped from over seas which takes much longer than anticipated

I almost didn't buy from dresslily because of the reviews and i'm also always wary when there is no UK call centre number I can call if I have an issue, but there were a couple of things I really liked so decided to risk it.
Bought three items, all of them arrived promptly and are excellent quality. Great experience and will definitely be using them again.
The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they did not tell me an item that I ordered had gone out of stock until I inquired about it myself. I ordered 2 items, the one that I received was great. Mediocre quality. The same that you would get from Walmart or forever 21. I usually wear a small or medium, and I ordered an extra large and fit well, but ordering at least one size up is typical for places like this. I’d recommend 2 sizes up for here. When I inquired about the item they did not ship they explained the situation and said I could wait for it to go back in stock or take store credit. I said that if the item was out of stock I would prefer a refund and they refunded the amount back to my PayPal. I got a response with thin 24 hours of every message I sent them. They were very fast and helpful in response. I would recommend letting the customer know as soon as possible though if they order an item that goes out of stock.
They have great customer service! I ordered something that had a tear in it and I got ahold of their customer service and they helped fix the issue quickly! They were great about handling the refund and return.
You never know what you’re going to get when you buy clothes online, especially when they’re inexpensive. But this store proved me wrong and I couldn’t be happier. I could seriously get lost for hours looking through the stuff online. They have so much good stuff. Quick shipping and great service. I’ll be back again
Got an amazing skull and Rose's dress from wish. Was so excited when I got the dress and it was just as on the site. Made sure to order lager than normal due to the sizing difference and it fits great. Couldn't have asked for better! Shipping was faster than expected

Dresslily as a whole is a nice site, however they hold you liable for everything. I spent over $100 on the site and never received my items. They said it was my fault, which to a degree it was, I accidentally wrote down the wrong city on where it was supposed to be delivered. I changed it to the right one almost immediately, not to mention well within their time frame for changing anything on the order. However my items never came and when I contacted customer support they only offered me %20 of what I had originally paid. I lost out on the items I ordered as well as my money. The title of this review is bad service, however to be clear the support team were nice, but that was all they could offer me to due to company policy. Update: they changed and made my refund 50%, which is significantly better, if when I order my items and they come on time and are of good quality I might buy from them again.

DressLily is a great site with amazing prices and they always have savings promotions going on to add to the affordability of their products. I've never had any issues with shipping, receiving or purchasing from their site and any minor issues with an item I've had they were extremely quick to resolve for me. Customer service is wonderful, shipping was fast and product quality is pretty good too.

I decided to order a cute sweater that I saw on FB from Dresslily, and I love it! It's the perfect shade of green and oh so soft. I did order a larger size than I normally wear, and I am so glad I did that! It would have been too small had I not ordered up. I typically wear a US M/L so I got 2XL and I love the way it fits.
