No issues with my order. It was good to find swimwear in my size and the Tankini was the perfect item. It also helped to provide me some cover up options for my holiday as i'm not so keen on my figure.

I've ordered from dresslily multiple times now and have been happy everytime! I love that they have a plus sized section, plus plenty of unique and goth styled pieces. Everything I've ordered has been pretty true to size, make sure to look at reviews! They frequently have sales which makes their awesome pricing even better. For the price, the quality of the items is pretty nice and every piece comes in a very nice, branded, zip lock type bag. This is one of my favorite online stores to order from 😁

Great services and communication
My original order was split into two due to an item being unavailable at the time and rather than wait I changed it. The process was very easy and customer service was amazing. I am just waiting for it to arrive. The balence left over was credited back to me. Also, the clothing that I did receive was shipped swiftly as I chose the fast delivery option. It got here within ten days. The top and cardigan set I bought is now among my favourite clothing items and the sweatshirt dress with the cool neck thing is great. I'm a bit tall so ita not a dress on me but I love it regardless as if makes me feel like Kady from the Magicians.

They have pretty good prices and such a good quality !!! I highly recommend it to everyone !!!! I also liked that the people who work in customer care are pretty polite !! Even when you ask them to explain a lot of times something they will do it again and again !!!! We have always to remember that nothing and none is perfect so even if they do a mistake they didn't do it on purpose !!
Returning dresses.
My issue was about sending some dresses back as they did not fit and one had part of it detached. I showed pictures of the issue and I was given brilliant customer service throughout. In the end I was able to keep the dresses with a refund and 10% off coupon for next time. The person who dealt with my issue was lovely and went above and beyond to help. Now my issue has been closed I am happy with everything and I do not have any further issues. Dresslily has been a great help, I did not expect to keep the dresses in the end. I've bought a few dresses from Dresslily and i've had no previous issues before and im happy to continue shopping on Dresslily.

Cute Christmas dress - just as expected
Sure, was a bit worried about my order based on reviews, but I decided to roll the dice on a cute Christmas dress. There was tracking on my shipment, and it would have arrived in about 2 weeks if it wasn't for Canada Post's mistake in sending it halfway across the country in error. The dress itself was as expected. Cute print fabric not the greatest quality, but the construction was quite good (well-done invisible zipper, double-rolled hem, seams all nicely finished, under-stitched neck facing). Fits on the small side (normally a small, the medium was just a hair too big but fine). No complaints at all!

Don't do it!
Waste of time. I placed an order and after 10 days it was still "processing". I asked why it hadn't been shipped they said it would be sent out on the 22nd. That date rolled around and when I again questioned why the order was still "processing" they are now telling me they dont have it in stock. Only options they have given is to continue to wait or exchange it for something of equal value. I'm not about to get mucked around by them on another purchase. Nope, I'll take a full refund thanks. And whats worse is they still have the sweaters on the website and app for sale! UPDATE: have now received a full refund.

Not so great
I've shopped their site only a couple of times, but it has been disappointing this last time. I purchased 5 different dresses and a pair of shoes. It took a long time for my order to come in and it shipped at different times. The dresses that I did receive were pretty nice. I was still missing a dress and was told they would ship it as soon as it was restocked and it never did and I never got a response to my last inquiry about when it would be back in stock. So, I got screwed out of a 20 dollar dress. Not a great loss, but enough to upset me and make me not want to shop with them anymore. I would've appreciated an honest response that they sold me a dress that didn't exist and would never be restocked. They could've offered a coupon or some discount for their mistake. That's what I would've done.
