Unfortunately one item was missing. But customer service was amazing. They refunded the value of the item plus some extra points. The things I did receive were exactly as described. Shipping time was decent. Will definitely use this site again :)

I recently took the plunge and ordered a couple of (garish) shirts from Dresslily. I was initially nervous about placing an order out of country and not knowing what I’d get. The site is easy to navigate and easy to use, I placed my order and made my payment, the site has order tracking so I could see the status whenever I wanted. The shirt arrived and was well made and good quality. It fit as expected, I was so happy I ordered another. If you order it’s important to read the fitting size as they vary by product. If you want an order quickly you definitely need to upgrade the shipping type as I waited 3-4 weeks for one if my orders. That said, not an unpleasant experience.

Very happy with this company. Have ordered multiple times over the past couple of years. Their plus sizes fit true to measurement. Love their swim suit options. Have gotten tapestries and other items as well. Fabric is often thin, and I treat the clothing I get from them as delicate. But I really enjoy shopping here. Returns are not really ideal, but they have always offered me a fractional gift card amount instead, which is ok with me.
I got LOVELY bathing suits from DressLily this year. Great style and quality. When one suit didn't quite fit DressLily remedied the situation for free. Plus my husband LOVES his map print button down shirt :)
I am happy with all the products I have received from Dresslily. As long as you measure and use the size chart the size fits well. The dresses and swimsuits are beautiful and love the fit. Good quality, fast delivery and customer service is great.
Saw DRESSLILY advertised on facebook and have used it to buy the most amazing jumper, sweatshirt and shorts, I love them so much, they came really quickly and are of really high quality. Also came in a ziplock bag which is amazing for packing clothes for holiday/traveling!!

Be prepared to keep all swimsuits you order, regardless of whether you try them on. I ordered a few different sizes hoping one would be right. Once I found one that fit, I wanted to return what didn't. That's when I learned that swimsuits aren't returnable under any circumstances – even untried and unopened, still in the package. After numerous emails back and forth, I was refunded 20% of my order. This doesn't work well with the way I shop online. That said, the swimsuits were lovely and seemed like a good value for the price. If you can figure out your correct size, and you're sure of styles that will look good on you, then go for it.

For both purchases, the quality of the material was superb, the sizes the most accurate you can find online and the price for the products are unbelievable! Dresslily refunded a significant part of my payment to me after a problem. That is good business practice which shows that they are willing to provide custmomer service. The first dress I bought was lovely and made of cotton. I absolutely adore it. The second was wrongly described, but the refund is satisfactory and adds confidence to buying again.

My experience with Dresslily has been very positive. Your products that I bought were very unique and well made. Shipping was very quick and inexpensive. The one issue I had was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use Dresslily again.

No links, no conversational thread? ------original review ------- Seriously poor customer interaction. I can't seem to find any way to change the email address for my "account", if you can call it that. Original checkout experience was very poor. I paid with PayPal, and of course PayPal *shared* my PayPal email address with them. Now I get email to my PayPal inbox from this outfit. There are issues entering delivery and billing addresses. They are obviously aware of these issues, but provide very little support. A major red flag is the content on topreviewssite, which is a bogus review site and really a touting service for these dodgy operations. As a layer on top of Ali Express or simillar it superficiallly looks the part. But these security concerns are a worry.

Dresslily is a great company. I really like how inexpensive their clothing is and the great quality. Sizing charts are easy to understand and the clothes are all super comfy.
I don’t usually buy stuff that pops up on my FB feed, but I got seduced by a fabulous corset and I’ve been hooked ever since. The quality of the clothing can be a little hit and miss, although the vast majority of the stuff I’ve had from there has been remarkably good quality for the price. They have a terrific range of plus size stuff too, which is a nice bonus. I’ve ordered several times from them now and have never been disappointed. Delivery can sometimes be a bit slow, but not always. Their estimates are usually pretty generous and I’ve often had stuff arrive much sooner than expected, but be prepared to wait if it’s something extremely popular you’re ordering. They also have a great scheme where you can earn points for logging in, leaving reviews etc. I usually have enough to get 25% off most of my orders - and bear in mind their prices are more than reasonable to begin with. Highly recommended.
