I ordered a package from them and had to use an old address but contacted fedex after the package was already shipped due to not knowing who it was being shipped through and asked them to hold it at the closest facility and I would pick it up from there. They delivered the package to the address and has not yet been able to retrieve it. They told me to contact the shipper and see what can be done and if they would send another order fedex would cover the cost since they can not get the package. I sent them an email and get told to contact fedex and have them send me my package. How can fedex send me a package that they CAN NOT RETRIEVE? I will give the company a second chance due to them deciding to refund the full amount of my purchase and also giving points on my account. After they saw my review they moved forward very quickly.

Great clothing and for great prices. They have plenty of selectionfor men, women, kids and house wares. The only reason they are not gettings a 5 star review is simply because shipping can take a long time. Other than that, it's fantastic.

I would have gave a 5 except it took a little longer then expected to receive my item. I ordered a swimsuit for vacation and got really worried it wasn’t going to make it since it was said to arrive by a date and on that day it hadn’t shipped yet. Absolutely love my bathing suit fits perfect and looks better then the picture. Will definitely order from dresslily again.

Good value for money. Free shipping for that length of time seems fair to me although I would normally prefer everything arrive together as one package. However, shipping is usually around the suggested time mentioned at checkout. About the products too, they give enough information to help make a decision about buying. You basically get what you see.

This is a nice shop! It always has good, affordable priced items. You'll always stumble across something you like and want. I enjoy shopping and browsing on dresslily for hours. I found the sizes confusing and think this could be made clearer. I ordered a number of shirts which turned out to be the wrong size. However, customer service was excellent and the shirts were returned and a full refund was given immediately.

I have been shopping with Dresslily a few years now since i saw an advert of theirs on Facebook and i must say i am very impressed and pleased with my purchases so far. Very affordable yet great quality products. People have always asked where i purchase my outfits because the designs are just unique. Though i have had a few issues with shipping times and a few other challenges associated with online shopping, Dresslily's support team have always promptly responded to my concerns and helped resolve them. They are my number one online shop for anything outfits and i have no intentions of changing that soon.

My shopping experience fully met my expectations. Clothes quality is good, and you have a huge choice of styles, models, colors, materials and most important sizes and prices. You can find cheap, nice stuff in every category. I'm from Italy, so the shipping took a bit long time (from one to two months, according to the sender country), but it's acceptable however.

I love the selection and variety dresslily offers. Their prices and shipping time are very reasonable as well. The only complaint that I have is that I ordered two items, in different styles, but the same size. One was at least a size smaller then the other and did not fit me. Rather then send it back I gave it to someone as a gift.

They are a pretty great website to buy things. They have amazing deals, shipping is usually arriving before tracking says even thru holiday seasons. And if you have issues they have the BEST customer service out there. They repond quickly and are very courteous and truely try to help you with your orders. Gotta love them.
Ordered some Christmas-themed clothing on the 2nd of December. The site advertised that they would be "priority shipped" since they were Christmas themed. It is now the 15th of January and they are still nowhere in sight. **Update: I'm increasing my rating because they contacted me and offered me a full refund since I still have not received the items.
