Unmatched Customer Service

I was blown away by Dresslily's customer service when the dress I ordered did not fit. As Christmas was fast approaching, I didn't want to attempt an exchange, and the company encouraged me to give the dress away, while still providing me with a full refund. In the end, I was able to pass my dress on to someone who could wear it with joy, and I'm happy to encourage others to give Dresslily a try.

Dresslily has low prices and decent clothing. Cute styles, it does take time for the items to arrive. Be aware that the clothes are sized smaller so order up a size or even 2 sizes up. The green vintage dress i got was perfect. it was so cute and all my friends loved it.

I love their products! I have to order a size bigger than I usually wear but I’m ok with that! Not thrilled about the time frame it takes to get the stuff I order but still happy with this stuff!

Dresslily review

In my experience of shopping on dresslily isn't bad,it pretty good. I was able to find a lot of nice things on this website that was at a good price. But the only thing this website needs is to update the things they have, because I have been looking at the same things every year. Overall, this website/app is pretty decent, I would recommend it people.

Nice and cheap clothes

I bought a few things from Dresslily 2-3 months ago and I have to say I'm pretty satisfied with my experience. The website was especially good at listing and detailing the sizes of each garment, which made choosing the right size far easier. Generally, have to say their selection is varied and lovely, and the amount of low priced things is nice. With the coupons and their points system, was able to spend surprisingly under 40$ for 4 items. Shipping was rather fast, took 3 days at most for my orders to get on their way. Shipping time was less consistent but that's not the website's fault. Every time my clothes arrived in perfect condition and were exactly what I ordered. Clothes were as they looked in the images, no issues there. Some of the clothes had minor imperfections but nothing to really worry about I'd say; they still look and feel great. Overall, my experience of Dresslily has been positive and straightforward. Nothing wrong to say about them.

I have had great luck with Dresslily and have recommended it to friends and even my boss! The price is low, the options are good and the quality is good. It takes a long time to receive some items because it is overseas. Also, the website is a bit confusing.

Great company. Love their clothes!

There shipping is free which is great. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is the free shipping takes 2 weeks. I paid for shipping and it still took 2 weeks. The clothing I purchased fit as described. I will countinue to buy from them.

I ordered a dress on December 29 and …

I ordered a dress on December 29 and have received the same email again and again stating that the customer service team will get to my order shortly. I need the dress for a wedding and my engagement party. I'm annoyed with the customer service because its the same email again and again. Nothing has changed. The order still have no tracking on it and I either want the dress now or want my money back.

Ordered a dress on 11/29, selected and paid for 7-10 day shipping. Received dress 11/27. My dress sat, waiting for inspection to be shipped to the US for 6 days. Dress was what I expected for the most part... so if you can handle delayed shipping, sure, give them a try. I however, will never buy from this company again due to lack of tracking updates and very delayed delivery time. Nothing is more frustrating than when you buy a dress for an event, only to receive your dress after the event.

Satisfied in the end but be aware of hidden costs

I have received the clothes in less than a week. I ordered 12 items. The size ordered was M for all of them, but although I will be able to wear them all, some fit more comfortably than others. They were tightly packed so I washed them at 30 degree C and nothing was damaged. They say not to tumble dry, which is not ideal in UK. It took a long time to iron them because the labels says you can only iron at low temperature. I am happy with the quality/price of these clothes. It is similar to what you get at primarks. Before receiving the parcel I had several message exchanges with their customer service regarding the tax I was asked to pay before delivery. I thought it was unfair as this was not made clear to me at the checkout. The small prints say that you may incur in import tax, but it doesn’t say they are sending the clothes from China and I used the UK website. They understood my frustration and refunded the tax cost. I was eventually happy with the outcome.

My experiences with dresslily has been great! Clothes fit perfectly, and is exactly as shown online. Quality is good for the prices..so dont go expecting something high-end if youre the one trying to pay cheaply. My orders get shipped out by them really quick, though it still takes a month to get to me (but again, its as expected). So no surprises. Love it!

Diverse and affordable

Love the variety of products and free international shipping! The product may not match the photo 100%, but I've never been disappointed.

Dresslily has a good variety of products and their customer service is quite nice. Minus 1 star due to unstably in order processing time, product quality and sizes. All you need is wisdom and patience.

Good site

Good site, quality of the dresses that I bought aren't super amazing, but what do you expect for that price? The dresses won't last for years, but you have so much to choose from that you can afford it to spend not so much money and get so many clothing in return. I will order again!
