I started using this software a year ago. Since that time, it's been an awesome and relieving experience for me and my friends whenever we could get our WhatsApp data transferred from Android to iPhone.
My only concern is about the logs and errors. There is no proper communication on where the error comes from when the process stops. This can be frustrating and challenging to figure out.

Upon checking our communication, we've known that the errors appeared when you were re-purchasing this product. The possible reasons would be:
1. Network abnormality. You may connect the hotspot of your phone to have a try.
2. Browser is restricted. You may open the purchase link on another browser to have a try. Firefox is recommended.

What on earth is this joke, I have sent multiple emails stating why I wanted a refund, and I have had almost zero cooperation from them. Even 1 star is too good for these thieves.I tried to purchase the dr phone phone backup package. When I paid I was supposed to get charged only £20, but instead, you STOLE £150 FROM ME. It turns out they had edited my basket and added
their dr phone full toolkit.
Also, you say that you offer a 7-day money-back guarantee whereas as I can see that this was also FAKE ADVERTISEMENT. This is ILLEGAL and does NOT comply with the EU regulations. I spent 2 HOURS on the phone in a waiting line stuck on hold, only for the phone to get closed on me when I started talking.
This is really frustrating, and I personally would never buy anything from this company again. this company has probably been the only company that has given me such a hard time, and rough interaction.
and honestly, this company has the potential to be something great, but unfortunately, the greed got to their head.

Definitely not as easy as I'd hoped. WhatsApp transfer not working, it backed up the iPhone but stuck in a loop trying to restore.
Less than impressive, I'm sure that the tech guys would help but don't really have the time to work through a load of calls for an app I just needed to work.

Step 2:Go to Setting>All apps on your Android phone, find Connector and uninstall it;
Step3:Reboot your Android and use a different USB cable to connect it.
Step4:Keep the Android phone unlocked and stay awake during the process.
Step5: Back up WhatsApp data first and then restore the backup to the target phone.
Step6: Please don't use both phones in the process.

Life saver when it comes to iOS to Android transfer
Great App. Saved my text messages and WhatsApp messages from Android to iOS.
I paid close to $100 AUD. But it worked and I don't mind paying if it works.
I still need a refund for buying wutsapper from Google Play store. I haven't got any response yet. Thats the only reason I gave 4 stars

Hi, Ive dont recently the Android-> iphone Whatsapp data transfer and I followed the steps very clearly and I got all the data after about 4 hours.
Unfortunatley after 1 day I tried to use the search message feature in whatsapp in order to find old work messages and THE FEATURE DIDNT WORK!!
It is now, a real problem to me since I use these messages for work daily, And I do use the search for finding different data types like files and more
How can Drfone help me with that? Is there any solution? Do you recommend to get back to Android again? Are the data still there if I backed up it using google drive before?

Update 18/01/2022: their support reached out to me with a custom update for my problem. I sent them the log file and they got back in a day. The backup went ahead but then due to multiple WhatsApp backup attempts it stopped sending codes. Had to wait for 24 hours before installing the app on the target iphone and then after 3 failed attempts it finally restored my 22gb backup.
Just one concern, I can see this data in the iOS section and not WhatsApp data in the storage information. I want control over this data and want it backed up on iCloud for whatsapp and not show in iOS storage forever. If you could help me show this data in WhatsApp section you get the 5 stars!!

After trying multiple times for transferring the data it has not completed, keeps showing me the verification screen even after verifying. I have been blocked by WhatsApp for sending codes for 14 hours. Call/Chat support is not available. Waste of time & money.

After a long hassle to transfer data from ios to android (which is a herculean task) dr fone helped me to transfer data in no time. My only regret is that I was not able to transfer the photos as well.

Waste of time unless you're happy to spend $150 to copy few files from iPhone to MaC or PC
Encourages you to download software, then more software after you try it, and more software, all takes a significant amount of time, then takes 10 minutes to "recover" 450 files on the iPhone and after 40minutes spent to check it out, it asks for $150 that wasn't mentioned at all. Would be good to tell you at the beginning that this software is absolutely useless until you actually pay them $150. Not recommended.

Just bought the software for 60$, did amazing job on transferring whatsapp from android to ios but when trying to download other modules, it keeps getting stuck on 4% and then saying download failed. Been fighting it for 2 hours now.
