Owning this software has been very trying. I enter my license and it says I'm registered. The next time I open the app, the program tells me it's a trial and I need to buy a license and register. I've done that 6 times now, and nothing changes. They don't reply to their support after leaving a request. If you like a company who takes care of their customers, don't buy from Wondershare. I have a number of their products and the same thing happens with all of them.
I stand by what I wrote Wondershare has replied saying I'm doing something wrong. I am not. I purchased the section of their programing that allows me to add songs & audio books to my iPod classic when it's connected. It works find, when, it doesn't tell me I am in trial mode. The problem, no matter, how many times I register it, the program reverts to trial mode, the next time I use it. I only use the one feature of the programing, which I paid for, I don't use any other section. I own only one P.C. and an iPod Classic. I don't own a smart phone and would never own such an item. I have an email from Wondershare admitting they sent an invalid license when I bought the program and they issued a new license which I entered and it worked and still does. They don't seem to understand, the license de-registers itself and reverts to a trial mode. That's a waste of my time and needless hassle to the consumer, once I register as long as I'm on my same PC it should work. I don't care what their problem is. I'm adding this here because it is impossible to contact Wondershare and even their reply had no way to contact them. They no nothing about customer service and provide no way to contact them. You keep asking for my Contact Email. You have it, I sent you the purchase reference number, my email has not changed. You say 30 days, that's the problem, I had to sign in 2 days ago and again yesterday. That's a short 30 days on my calendar.

It is good for saving your photos, text messages, and voice memos. It it supposed to retrieve the existing voice mails that are on your phone. I have tried several times but it doesn't do that at all. It also is supposed to recover deleted text messages. When I scanned my phone it allegedly retrieved some deleted text messages that were recovered. When I choose to look at the deleted text messages I can't pull them up. I am very disappointed and wouldn't recommend. I am better off using iCloud or iTunes.

I used this software to transfer whatsapp data from android device to my new iphone 12. this workes like a charm and was quick. A bit too pricey but does the job very good.

This tool is a crap. Support are thieves. Avoid this company and tools from this company.
Please read below for the whole story :
Migrating data from a 4 years old Samsung 7 to a recent iPhone 2020 :
- first time I used this tool, the tool was doing nothing and returned only errors.
- so I have migrated my phones data with another tools and it worked
- i contacted the zen desk support for a refund as their tool was totally useless.
- they wanted logs that were not activated by default so I was not able to prove the errors I had 2 days ago
- so I retried and the tool had an auto upgrade. Because my phone already being migrating and I did not want to restart from 0 my data I have decided only to migrate again only the photos and videos.
- this time the tool was not returning errors BUT to migrate the 50Gb photos the tool needed more than 2 days as it was taking several minutes to migrate few MB
- I sent logs and screenshot to support and they just answered that it is totally normal and I had to wait 2 days to migrate my phone…
Am I alone considering that this answer is totally unacceptable in a 2021 world ?
Edited on March 1st: I received the refund after several zendesk ticket exchanges. Tool is not working (at least between Samsung s7 to iPhone ios14) but at least I did not lost my money

The software is easy to use very direct in its procedures I need my old WhatsApp conversations to my new iPhone from my LG android phone and it got it done with no hassle very good product.
Was fine. Took a while to get to where I wanted to be though. Kept telling me my programs were out of date. Solved with the help of the online community.
Whatsap backop works perfectly but itunes can not backup anymore
Whatsap backup works perfectly (respect:-)),
however, after that, itunes can not sync anymore and make backups. if you google this error, you will see - what a miracle - another tool from the same company fixing this issue(in fact just reinstalling itunes). but the tool can not fice the connection errors.
it seems to be a never ending story of issues and tools to buy

Honestly do not use! I have spend over £70 for all my WhatsApp message to disappear.
I then purchased phone transfer but for some reason it is saying I purchased phone manager - that was a waste as I did not want this!!
I then purchased phone transfer - and it did work however, takes over 1 hour to transfer contacts and messages from android to iPhone.
Be very careful & do a lot of research before you buy

My iPhone XS Max doesn’t turn on stuck on cable and laptop picture and says restore.
But I haven’t backed up my photos and videos on iCloud.
I was told there is a chance after restore my photos and videos will be erased.
I tried connected to iTunes to update software but unkown error code 14 comes up.
So now I paid £94.45 with this dr fone iOS toolkit not fixed problem lost my money I am not happy.
Please someone help me.

Used WhatsApp transfer tool to move all my messages from Android to iPhone. Everything worked and the tutorials were clear with screenshots of latest Android and iOS. Bit expensive for one-off use, but given the time saved I say it's worth it. Cannot comment on the security aspect of it, but I wasn't using it to copy sensitive data.
I’ve tried multiple times,I cannot restore the backup created by my android on to my iPhone pro max 12. Having paid for it, I’ve wasted a good 4 hours and have no Whats app history either
