For WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp. The only comment I have is the interface, how it is instructed to follow the steps is confusing. After several trials to transfer WA Business, I successfully exported all my data!

The dr phone is worst application. even after failing mobile device they didnt help with refund also.
I don't recommend to use any of its product even it has same and common support for all.
Unfortunately they returned my money completely.

I feel also like i've fallen victim to some scam with this company. I have tried using their icloud unlock feature as I forgot it, and it did not work, as this feature is only supported for iphone x iOS 16.7 or lower. I have an iphone xs. so its clearly incompatible with their offered software.
Still after going back and forth with their support team they do not refund my money.
Bad service, bad support, bad product, poorly informed on what it can do and what devices are compatible with it. would NOT recommend it.
Edit: since I have been refunded and the company responded in timely manner I upped my stars, but still they should be more clear what phone models work for what service.

Wondershare finally gave me a refund after some days of discussion.
The software crashed, and caused me problems.
Asked customer service for a refund, and they wouldn't give me one, since I don't have any screenshots or proof.
We've been mailing back and forth, but they just kept telling that they needed proof and I had to try again.
I even sent them my log files, but they asked for them once more.
After leaving a bad review on Trustpilot, things finally started to happen, and I got my money back.

Possibly deceptive claims of the software's abilities?
Paid in full (over $200) for full package all Dr.Fone abilities for lifetime supposed to be unlimited devices unlock but says in my account 5 devices only for using each function.
Borderline deceptive claims of it's abilities in most cases.
Remove iPhone passcode function flashes the factory ISO deleting all user data most times and iPhones will be locked to owner (yourself but we reset screen lock because we don't remember PW = still locked out). Now on iPhones is locked to owner need to use another function called jail break = more $$ for that function, however that leaves the iPhone unusable for phone calls and other things, (If jail breaks works), if it didn't work, Iphone is essentially still locked, if it did work, phone is partially locked anyway, now it's a small wifi tablet that maybe can use a text app on.
The Android Google FRP bypass function uses the same tools available for free, if the free tools cannot pass the lock Dr fone wont.
The android screen lock bypass function is a factory reset and may leave the phone in FRP locked state so pay to remove the FRP BC if we new our email password we could reset screen remotely.

The software works but there is no documentation / video that will cover majority of the scenarios, so there is not enough support to the customer.

--I got a refund after talking on the phone, if you have problems the chat bot is useless you must call their support center!--
Total waste of money! It only supports a couple of very old android phones (this is the full list: note 3,4,8, II, S3,s4,s5,s6, and some samsung tab devices. that is it). It basically tells you if your phone is not in their very small list of old devices to do a factory reset. 35usd for it to tell me to do factory reset? So I can't remove my lockscreen password nor I can recover my data if i do factory reset! Great!
I tried to get a refund and you cant. It gives you an option to chat or talk. If you click chat it gives you a chat bot that takes you in circles and again takes you to the same page where it offers chat or talk. So you can only call their landline.

Tried moving my whatsapp business from Iphone to Andriod using Dr.Fone.
1. Both my Iphone and Andriod are updated to the latest patch and OS with full battery.
2. I gave the correct source(Iphone) and Target(Andriod).
3. Unfortunately it is not proceeding further in Andriod(I enabled the USB Debugging and Accepting to erase the target).
4. It is stuck in Analysing data in Andriod for more than 8 hours.
Not sure this software Dr Fone still supports it or I need to use a different version of Dr Fone or Different Software.

You do not want me to review the DrFone/Wondershare product. It is not user friendly at all for me, a 72 year old grandmother. Now I am not feeble yet; I use many other apps and electronics.
But, their customer service would be five star, the product took my rating down. Product rating would be a 2 otherwise.
Customer service had a tremendous amount of patience with me. I know nothing about a zip file! I truly appreciated all their assistance. It took three weeks of almost daily emails before my lights came on!

I purchased the whatsapp android to ios application.I installed and did the transfer..it took like 2 hrs 30mins. It got to the last stage which was RESTORE, and it also restored on the iphone.I opened the WhatsApp Business on the iphone, after like 30 mins or so all the chat dropped with all the media. I responded to like 2 chats on the whatsapp.
Then the next I noticed was "connecting" showing on the whatsapp.I could no longer use my WhatsApp again. I left it some minutes later hours but same thing. I closed the app, opened again, but same thing. I switch off the Phone, put it back on, but same thing. I checked for troubleshooting...but same thing.
I deleted the WhatsApp Business on the iphone,I connected back to DR. Fone on my laptop. I restored the backup from the laptop to the iphone. It worked again...but after a little usage not up to 10 mins or so, it will go back to 'connecting'.
I deleted the WhatsApp and its data, I now tried to use a fresh number to register a new WhatsApp, everything worked fine.
That means something is wrong with the DR. Fone app or some process on the final stage.
It is so frustrating that I wanted to switch from android to ios, but still back on android because of this.
I need a fast solution to this. And I need it ASAP. My iphone is iphone x.
I attached a similar picture, because I did not remember to snap my screen believing that everything will work fine.

As soon as I paid for it, I tried logging in for the first time to use the whatsapp android > ios transfer...and get the message: 'your account has exceeded its limit of number of connect' However after I had started to write up a negative review on here, I tried logging in again (probably 5 mins after setting it up) and it worked.
It was long and quite complicated, lots of settings and special modes to put the phones into etc but overall a positive experience if overpriced.
