I purchased the unlock feature of Dr.fone which guaranteed it could unlock any samsung phone running android 12,13, and 14. It couldn't frp unlock my s24 plus. The program also offers an online frp unlock which appears as part of the program but isn't then they try to charge you more than is spent on the purchase of the program itself. They offered no solution to even try help me unlock my phone so it was a complete and utter waste of time and money which just caused me more grief than anything. Now if they would have just offered to frp unlock my phone for free seeing as there guarantee isn't much of one then they would have gotten a 5 star review instead of the 1 star which they are only getting because I can't give them a zero.

I am writing to request a refund for Wondershare Dr.Fone, which I purchased on 19/11/2024. Unfortunately, the product did not meet my expectations. Despite following all instructions, it failed to recover the videos I needed. Here are the ; issues
1. The recovery process did not retrieve any of the lost videos I recorded, which was the primary reason for my purchase.
2. Some unrelated WhatsApp statuses and browser videos were recovered instead.
3. The attempt to unlock the screen with a pattern on a different phone was also unsuccessful.

Looked at reviews and watched a couple of tutorials before buying the subscription for DrFone and seemed legit. Hooked up and ran the scan, took less than 10sec, and found nothing that had been deleted. Tried it several times with nothing. Support kept telling me to let it scan, but when it says its done its done. Finally after several minutes of back and fourth with support I got a refund. Not happy with any of it.

Basically ransomware that doesn't really work. Used the app to backup a phone that had to be replaced. It backed up everything no problem and didn't bother telling me that I HAD to pay 50$ to get it to restore my data. THEN when I did use it to restore my data is failed to restore MOST of my apps. About 30% restored and 70% failed. I ended up factory resetting the phone and using google back up. Useless expensive software that should probably be free

Dreadful product that is mis-sold. Not compatible with the newest android devices for system repair. Customer service were entirely unhelpful and would not engage with issue. I would not install or use again.

There is a description of compatible devices on our purchase page. We recommend that customers read it carefully before purchasing or contact customer service to confirm.
If it is indeed not compatible with your device, as long as the order is within 30 days, we will assist you in refunding the full amount.
The app does (almost) what is says, it can honestly clone a phone for 90%. Espacially in the app section there still can be some improvement.
Some apps are protected and don't allow them to clone. I had to reinstall practically 1/3 of all my 255 apps because they couldn't be cloned or didn't work.
Furthermore - especially for iPhone users - there are some extra features, I can't use those with Android but it seems I don't miss them really.
I instantly bought the permanent lifetime licence and the full toolkit. There wasn't much difference in amount between a lifetime or a yearly licence.

I forgot the PIN of my old Android phone and was looking for a software to unlock it so I could retrieve all the files. After installing Dr.Fone, there was no way to try out the unlock functionality without having subscribed to a payment plan. After paying 30€ + VAT, all the software does is tell you how to reinitialize the factory settings on your phone which means wiping out all your data. That I could have figured out myself. What's the point of having a software for that? No value at all.
