用户怎么说
Wondershare DVD Creator is hopeless
Wondershare DVD Creator is hopeless, program keeps crashing, freezing at the 75% mark of burning. What is worse is that you then cannot exit the program without a forced closure of your PC. Terrible product!!

Hi Alan. Thanks for sharing your experience. Sadly to hear that DVD Creator is not operating in the way as you expected. And we understand that it could be frustrating to find that a program you’ve purchased does not work correctly. Wonershare values each customer's benefits and we'd love to help you out. Kindly note that the issues (freezing, crashing) may not only depend on the size, length of the source video you are editing but also depends on the project settings. Meanwhile, it will be affected by the performance of your computer as well. We recommend you uninstall the current version and then install the latest one from the link below to check if it helps. For Windows https://download.wondershare.com/dvd-creator_full619.exe For Mac https://download.wondershare.com/mac-dvd-creator_full330.dmg If the issue persists, could you please send your contact email after getting a request from us? Then our technical team could collect more details to evaluate a solution accurately. Your patience would be highly appreciated!
Quick and Knowledgeable Customer Service
Wondershare didn't hesitate to fix my problem. I had an issue with a corrupted file and within one day, they where all over it. They where very knowledgeable about the problem as well and knew exactly what needed to be fixed. A five star rating is well deserved here and they've definitely earned my continued business. Thank you Wondershare for a wonderful customer service experience!
