评价综述

AI 生成

Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Consumers frequently praise the software for its remarkable reliability, excellent conversion quality, and its ability to easily back up extensive physical media collections without hassle. People find the platform extremely practical for organizing movies digitally, noting that the interface successfully simplifies what could otherwise be a complicated technical process. Some people were dissatisfied with customer support, mentioning unresponsive communication channels and difficulties obtaining refunds or resolving account authorization problems. A small group of reviewers also experienced frustrating technical hurdles, such as unexpected license renewal cost increases and recurring software error messages during use.

My BluRay ripper of choice

This software is pretty much the only decent Mac BluRay ripper out there. It isn't cheap but it does do a great job. I like to have copies of my physical Doctor Who discs available on my network, and there's a lot of them! With this software I've been able to work my gradually through them. It can be a bit quirky, and the interface isn't the best (it would be nice to be able to apply actions to multiple tracks at the same time, or to use keyboard short cuts) but the end results are great. It would be good to be able to see track previews on the Mac but for some reason this doesn't seem possible any more. Generally a happy customer and a few more tweaks would persuade me to change my review to a 5 star.
