The subscription model they use seems to be a scam!
I was in the middle of cloning my new SSD when the software I had failed. I looked up reviews and found EASSETTOUS, The only real option was to sign up for a one-month subscription, which is supposed to be cancelable. The software worked well, I will give them that. i purchased through PayPal I called VISA to dispute the charges. It turned out the charges were valid for something else. I'm not sure how but the subscription was cancelled. The software worked well but be aware of the potential charges. My advice is to avoid the hassle.

Great assistance in cancelling my subscription, not so easy to find the info online
The waiting time was short in order to talk to an agent, and Sunny helped me out with the cancellation immediately.
However, it was not easy to find the information on how to cancel online.

The EaseUS Partition Master Free has countless pop-ups and ads trying to make your “upgrade” which means buy the paid version. I have been forced to uninstall the software. This is no way to win happy customers or even to make money.

I purchased the "Pro" version of EaseUS Key Finder, and it was able to find my Windows license key and useful info about some other apps. There were several apps for which it was unable to identify useful information.

The company technical support service is second to none in the tech industry. They are punctual and give their best. What I don't like is the fact that when one purchases a license and be given the license, he/she will have to always contact them back before the license can be activated which is stressful. This has been going on the past few years I have been using their service.
EaseUS Todo Backup Could Not Successfully Restore My Computer
EaseUS Todo Backup could not restore my computer. The backup was good and there were no errors during the backup and restore, but Windows would not boot up successfully after the restore completed. I lost hours due to this software and can't recommend it. I hate to write bad reviews but for almost $40, I can't recommend this software that people need to be fully reliable. May be when they fix it in the future, I will be able to try it again.

I spoke with a representative (a human being) online about a licence key issue. They tried to locate my details and we were unable to. I asked to renew it and was offered 30% off the normal price. Having researched online, you can save 50% with a voucher code. It would have been better if I was told this directly from the company. All in all, the representative was helpful and friendly.
Got solution for my problem. Easus isn't telling it very clearly how to migrate the program and license to another pc since it is for only one pc program.
