However, unless you search the site or receive an email back from them, the details of that refund policy are a mystery. I contacted them THE SAME DAY after finding their product would not do what I needed, and they are refusing to refund my purchase. Update - 2 days later, after many emails back and forth, the company finally agreed to refund my purchase cost.
Paid £70 for the software, which was unable to recover my deleted Go Pro videos. Could only get live chat during the hours of 6am and 10.30am and was unable to resolve the issue. Company asked for access to my computer and also asked me to download more software which I was uncomfortable doing. Overall a bad experience but I was given a full refund.
I used Easeus macOS data recovery software for getting additional data recovery features like TimeMachine recovery, RAW Recovery, BootCamp partition recovery, External drive recovery. But, this software provider doesn’t offer any of these above-mentioned features. While at the same price, I am getting another company macOS data recovery software from here: myfilesrecovery.com mac data recovery software. Hope this software also helpful for other Mac OS users.

on first visiting the site for the free trial i was offered a special price $69.95 for a both Ease US data recovery & Todo backup. I needed some time to consider, so explored other options. When I returned to the still open tab, but could not obtain the package deal price. i ended up paying UK £54.95 for just data recovery. As I urgently needed to recover whole of lost drive - I had no option but to purchase at inflated price
