I needed the program to clone a hard drive. I purchased an upgraded 1TB hard drive and needed to clone the existing drive in my computer to keep all my information and drivers. It literally took 30 minutes from start to finish, now I have a super quick computer plus I didn't have to pay for the large price tag of a new computer. Would recommend 100% to use this and upgrade your slow laptop drive.
4DDiG failed at a number of attempts, EaseUs succeeded at the first attempt
I needed to make a clone SSD, as Windows 11 made it so difficult to create a back up disc. What is that Bitlocker thing all about? MS has made it so difficult for THE OWNER to create a clone disc, why thanks. I first tried 4DDiG, which failed miserably after a number of attempts & hours wasted. I then tried EaseUS, and it succeeded at the 1st attempt in mere 20-min. A clear winner. I requested a refund at 4DDiG but they were reluctant. They can keep my $21 for a garbage they provided, but I’m keeping a negative review for them so that others won’t have to go through the nonsense I had to go through.

external harddrive
I hard an external hard drive that I kept all my photos. I was unable to access, I bought an on line software but was still unable to recover my photos. I emailed for my money back since I was unable to recover anything from the hard drive. I got an email, that that they can help me, that they are available certain hours. I have been up for Duke to remote into my computer to fix my damaged hard drive. I would recommend and use them again if I have another problem. hope fully I would not.

Lost my activation code
I recently had to do a clean install of my Windows 11, so all of the programs were deleted. I couldn't fine my receipt or activation code for the Video Downloader and DupFiles Cleaner. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the EaseUS Partition Master engineering team. My copy of the software failed to launch for no obvious reason — it kept crashing on startup with an error code, and I had already tried reinstalling several times without any luck. At first i try to solve the problem by myself, but then i get stuck and fell hopeless. i am about to ask a refund before the company send me email to offer and assist. At first i am curious, but i think a big company such as EaseUs will try to do the best for customers. Then i decide to follow all the instruction suggested, installed team viewer and do the chat. The program that about to repaired still already installed in my laptop before and i didn't uninstalled it. Then the helper agent that doing the chat with me offer to do a remote assist by team viewer, and an engineer patiently walked me through a few quick troubleshooting steps, then quickly identified the conflict and pushed a hotfix within days. After the update, the program opened instantly and ran smoothly. The team's responsiveness and real technical expertise truly impressed me. Great product, even better support — thank you for saving me hours of unnecessary frustration.

I originally bought this to recover lost images on my SD cards and it was so easy and foolproof to use right away! I did have to reach out because I lost my license key and no longer had access to my old work computer and the live support customer service chat was genuinely the best and most efficient I've ever used, Duke helped me out so much and I was able to resolve it and get my lifetime license back easily! I cannot recommend this program more, especially for photographers, this can be a lifesaver!!!
