Holy cr*p! This app is the worst... Literally can't use it... And I paid $19.99 for a MONTH!! WTFF!! Expensive AND useless. The company that makes this is bunch of morons who won't even answer for support. Auto clipping is *ss, streams don't get imported automatically, and when you try to import them manually it just takes you to the main page. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT PAY FOR THE YEARLY, YOU WILL 100% REGRET IT. I REPEAT, DO. NOT. PAY. FOR. THIS. I'm sorry if I seem a bit disrespectful, but when you pay for something that is advertised as groundbreaking and it doesn't even work right you get mad... I should've listened to the other guy who said this was a scam :/
The trial credits dont work. Prompted to buy.
I am so overwhelmed with how hard it is to find help from this site. Why would I pay for a service that even as a free trial is so difficult to navigate to a help or contact section? Only ONE video of my " free 3 credits " even uploaded. The others instantly prompted me to become a premium member while showing I still had 2 credits left. Very aggravating.

Well... a fu***ng joke is what this is. Im premium and I feel I have been Scammed. The AI clips are useless. Is very rare that it detect the game, you have to resubmit streams constantly but you have a limit every 24h so at the end you have shiat. (Yeah, even premium you have limits) The trimming does not work, it has been weeks and several tickets to customer service. So you use Danvinci that is FREE. The voice command for the clips Does not work. Has been a week at least? Customer service said it was fixed, but is not. So you use elgato stream for 50£, one time investment. The editing? Well, is good, when it works. Get ready to have to reaubmit the same cli and average of 3 to 5 times, cause it gives error after error. They are aware of it. Still there. So you go back to Danvinci and other programs, all free. You speak about a refund cause none of the things promised work. And you are told no, they only give refunds for double charges and things like that. The fact that their program does not work, ever or almost, is not relevant. It should be illlegal to be charged to something it simply does not work and is clearly and unfinished product.

Eklipse.gg is great, but with flaws
Eklipse.gg has saved me a lot of time with making clips and breaking down my streams! I love the new AI edit feature! But like anything else it’s not perfect. Examples: 1. New games have to have premium in order to make clips (NCAA25 is one of these) 2. There is a lot you can’t do unless you go behind the paywall. (Connecting to Kick, YouTube, etc.) 3. The free version limits you to a max of 3 hour streams. I understand that you have to have benefits to make a premium subscription, but $20 a month or $159 is a little steep for smaller creators. I wouldn’t mind seeing the 3 hours move to 5 and I wouldn’t mind seeing multiple streaming accounts be free.

Has lots of potential. Has lots of issues. Support was hit and miss. One frustrating thing was the AI edits could never crop my videos correctly. They always looked "stretched". I contacted support about it numerous times with no resolve.

I’m giving it a 4 it’s really really good but the three hour mark for the basic version kind of sucks because if you go over that you got a manually clip it yourself so I gave it a 4 Other than that, it’s easy to navigate easy to use it. Does majority of the work for you and it’s real time saver

The app is super useful for start out streamers like myself and I use it on the daily to get clips out on the internet and not have to watch hours of me playing to find the right content to put on the internet. It is so stress free and it has a lot of uses. 4/5 bc sometimes it could get a little buggy with the clips but that's all the issues I had with it

Eklipse is by far one of the most innovative ai technologies out here for gamers alike who love to stream! I have a discord community in which I will be training,creating tournaments ,promoting mental health awareness and teaching how to use Eklipse and create branding,logos and clips for my community directs channels using and sharing eklips! This application has come so far! The free feature of saying “clip that” to auto clip is such a life saver! Every now and then it misses the clips I was hoping to get but it tends to work when I resubmit my video. Been using for a while and it saves me so much time on editing! Love it
