DO NOT BUY FROM ELEGOO

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM ELEGOO. Their customer service is ridiculous!! I lost a major order and the companys response......£5 compensation. I will also be reviewing elegoo on my youtube channel. Ridiculous. God forbid your product goes wrong!!

I ordered an extrusion cable for the Neptune 4 plus and I received an extrusion cable for the Neptune 4/pro. They reached out to me and helped me with this issue and offered a refund. This company continues to stand out as my favorite 3d printing brand.
