I ordered 2 blouses in April. saying I was disappointed WOULD BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT! I asked how to return them and they said they would give me a 35% discount and I could keep the blouses, or dust rags as I will call them! What a ripoff! I want my $78.98 refunded. I am contacting my Charge Card fraud Dept. to see if they will help. In the name of all that's Holy...do not buy from this company!

The photos and product names and descriptions do not match what I received. The website says the clothes are embroidered, but they are not. The fabric is printed with what seems to be a photo of embroidery. Also, the fabric is described on the website as cotton or linen and what I received is synthetic.
I ordered 2 shirts, size small. When they arrived, they were more like a size large, and the quality was poor. When I asked for an address to mail the products to for a refund, the AI-generated response said, "we will give you a 20% refund" Such poor customer relations, such more business practices. I will continue to alert other people to my expereince.
The five star reviews are fake .... I would say by those getting paid by the company or the company itself or aswell as just by people that believe there is no corruption in the world and everything is sunshine and rainbows. If reviews are done by anyone genuine then i hope you feel stupid when you receive what you ordered. I fell for their rubbish a few years ago and managed to get 50% of my money back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Where to start. 0 stars. I placed an order which did arrive. Out of the 3 things I ordered 1 fit 1 was too big 1 was too small. I contacted the company because I couldn't find a returns label. I was told I could keep them and they would give me a 25% refund. I refused. I was then offered a 35% refund, I again refused and this went on. I decided on a 50% refund because I was losing the will to live. I was assured the refund would be in my bank account within the week. They promised me this twice, both times nothing happened. That was 20 emails ago and a month of contacting them. They have now stopped answering my emails now so. I am now €70+ down and it looks like I won't be getting any money back. I will keep trying though. Fingers and toes crossed.
I am not sure how people could possibly write positive reviews on this company. Select any product and then scroll to product description and you will see that you are getting something that has the pattern screen printed and NOT embroidered at all. The rubbish story about them being based in Colorado is also a con, and then they add pretending to donate to Breast Care foundations. In my country this is illegal, but it appears as always that China has no such controls.
Pretty pictures, but they're all AI. Especially the photos of the people who are supposed to be "the owners" of the business. Fake "as all get-out" is what my grammy used to say.
