Your products are beautiful and look handmade. There is a variety of colors and sizes of most and that is unusual to get a great choice. No problem ordering or navigating the website. I am excited about receiving my first order.
This place is terrible. They will not take returns. Their products are shams. I ordered 4 blouses that were advertised as being "embroidered". There was no embroidery on them. In fact, they do not even look like the advertised product. I requested a return, got an automated reply to send photos and they would review. I did this and have heard nothing. Have attempted to contact them several times via their "customer service" - to no avail. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.
The website displays high-quality linen products, but what actually arrives is completely different—made of a different fabric—which is extremely misleading. The sizing is incorrect, and the workmanship is terrible. When you request a return, they never respond to process it according to their return policy.

I ordered a beautiful lace top. What I got was a badly sewn top that looked nothing like the photos on their website. The photos (I've gone back and looked at them) made it look like a textured fabric with lace, etc. It's just a white piece of polyester with screen printing on it, and the printing is faded. I wish I'd checked out the reviews before ordering. To be blunt, the item was so bad, I didn't recognise it when I opened the package. I had to go on their site and check my orders to see if the top I was expecting had been delivered; sure enough, it had, so this piece of rag was in fact the top I'd ordered. I was gutted, as I was so looking forward to getting the top in the photo. It didn't even have the puff sleeves as in the photo. This is, without a doubt, a scam company, advertising products they don't actually have to sell. Don't fall for their beautiful website. Stay away from this company; you will be so disappointed. I wish I could give this zero stars.

This is a scam website. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU GET CHEAP RUBBISH RAGS INSTEAD OF THE ACTUAL ITEM YOU ORDER. THEY ARE TRADING FRAUDULENTLY AND SHOULD BE LOOKED INTO. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY ON THIS SITE. IT ALL LOOKS PRETTY BUT THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU RECIEVE. I am in a process of getting a refund from PayPal as they ignored my request via email.
The three dresses did not look or fit anything like the pics online. I received cheaply made and ugly pieces of clothing. One was so small (supposed to be a L) I could not fit it over my head and shoulders. When I tried to exchange for a larger size, the company said i couldn’t because it was shipped from China and only offered me a20% off coupon on a new purchase! They literally said I COULD NOT return it! This company tells lies in their advertisements and must use AI to make the clothing LOOK embroidered. There is NO embroidery, just cheap flat printed ugly fabric. I fell for it, but I hope no one else gets taken!

DONT BUY THIS absolute garbage!!! I ordered 3 items and none of them look even remotely like the photos. Cheap, printed polyester, poorly made. And when I tried to get a refund they offered me 20% refund, then 30%, then 35%. They don’t want the item returned and won’t respond. I’m reporting fraud to my credit card now.
There was absolutely no resemblance to the top I ordered to what was sent. A (garment???) that looked like a 5 yr. old had made. Horrible creased up nondescript material. Not 1 label anywhere. The top I ordered had embroidery all over and looked lovely. What I got was just printed. So if you are thinking of ordering from them please, please don't.....

They could.improve by answering emails sent to them instead of making money out of their disgusting fraudulent clothes. By.not answering they think you will give up but I will.not.
