I received on shipment of a top and I think the dress today. They look ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the photos or descriptions on the web site. This company is an absolute SCAM. I ordered a blouse made of linen with beautiful embroidery on it. What I got was a cheap silk screen T-shirt made of polyester that didn’t even look close to the blouse I ordered. Then when I demanded that they send me the correct blouse that I ordered or refund my money, they offered me 20% of what I paid. I have been fighting with them for weeks now to get all of my money refunded. So far they upped their offer to 50% which is still unacceptable. They could easily be sued for false advertising, breach of contract, fraud and extortion, because that’s what they practice.
This company is masquerading as an ethical American company, but it is actually based in China!!!!!! This only became apparent when they’d taken the money and the shipping details came through to me. The pictures are totally misleading, and the returns policy is a total farce. When I received the items they were nothing like the pictures or description, being so cheap and nasty I wouldn’t even give them to a jumble sale!! Three weeks later, after following their returns policy to the letter, I have still not received confirmation of a refund, no returns label has been sent, and they are threatening to charge me import duties and shipping costs and postage for returning the items.
I ordered and paid for four very beautiful blouses but I received so far 2 very ordinary kind of table clothes gigantic blouses...:( DO NOT BUY!
I placed my order. it said I could go on Facebook and leave a review. Well....I went on Facebook and there was not ONE good review. It says elevenforest is a fraudulent company and what you order is nothing like they send you. it said they don't reimburse you for anything you want to return. I have sent 2 emails telling them to cancel my order.
Product looks great but would love to see different poses to get full effect of what it looks like on. Had a problem with using PayPal on laptop but it worked on my phone. Will review again once I receive it.

There is a style of clothes that are available. Very vintage and very beautiful. The purchasing process was also very easy on the web. As long as I get the product within a reasonable amount of time I will be very satisfied.

Stay away from this one!! Ordered four clothing items. Two were undersized but seemed to be pretty good quality. The other two were nowhere near the advertised description or photo. One was supposed to be a chunky knit sweater with a dragon knitted into it on the back side. I received a cheap, thin, cotton type hoodie with a dragon /wolf silkscreened onto it! The last item was along the same lines, not at all what was ordered. Total deception. Trying to get a refund has been beyond difficult. They offered 20% of what I paid and to keep the items (I don't want them!), to start. The discourse has been going on for weeks. Today's "offer" was to return everything at my expense including any additional tariffs, etc. then they would reimburse me. Not at all acceptable!
The quality and finish are very poor and are nothing like the images on the website. Sizing and cut are basic and very uneven. The stitching is poor. I’m very disappointed with the product.
Love the styles and colors. Wish I could have searched just women's clothing by size, and sorted by price. I didn't see any way to limit products to what I was looking for.
I made a mistake on the size of one of the tops I ordered. I can’t find a way to correct the error before it is shipped out. I would normally give a 5 star but I can’t get in contact with anyone to fix this problem.

Pictures are nice and description, however, the sizing is different on each item. Not consistent. So I only ordered one item. I am waiting to see if it will fit, how the quality will compare to price and how the return process works (hopefully I won’t need it). Thank you.
The designs and mostly soft colors are very calming and the earthy designs make me think of earthy things
One star is too much!! Eleven Forest is a horrible experience. The products do not match the advertised quality. The items described as embroidered, jacquard, or linen arrived as cheap printed polyester, with flat designs (screen prints) instead of the promised 3D textures. Then when asking for an immediate refund, the company makes offers of first 20% refund and keep the product, then 35% refund and keep the product, and then 50% "compensation", after finally rejecting this third email for "compensation", I get the email with their address to send back, and the transportation costs are all mine. Now keep in mind, when I send the product back to China, I'm still at their mercy of whether "the goods meet their return and refund requirements." Tell me this isn't a scam if ever I've been involved in one. Please don't fall for the beauty of what they picture in their advertisements, because you will be severely disappointed and jacked around when you ask for your refund. They need to be shut down from taking advantage of our USA population. I wish I had a place to show you pictures of what I ordered and what I received...it would tell the whole story.
This company is a SCAM SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN The website displays beautiful clothing absolutely nothing like what arrives in the post !! Would not give it house room! Spent nearly £100 still waiting as to how I can return. Looks like the two deliveries I have received are going straight in the bin... I wouldn't even insult giving to a charity shop.
