At first I had a little trouble ordering on line but managed to figure out what I was doing wrong. This was my first time ordering from your comany. I had to send an email because 1 of the items I ordered and paid for wasn't the correct size. I trust that my order will arrive correctly. Beautiful clothes...look forward to ordering more.

they have awesome clothes. it took me awhile to shop but I think I found the blouse I wanted. WAIT there was a mistake on the order and I already hit the order button. I got a hold of them, they promptly returned my correction request and fixed everything! Whew. I can't wait to get my order.

If I could give a negative stars

If I could give a negative stars, I would. This is an absolute scam. The resemble the photos on the website in the way that a photograph on an oil paint resembles the painting. There is no embroidery, no embellishments. The clothing is literally printed with a photo of the details shown on the website. STAY FAR AWAY

beautiful styles and moderate pricing . HOWEVER, ordered June 30th and still has not shipped. Don`t think I would order from them again if it was for a present. Very slow on getting shipped out.

This is a wonderful web site! The clothes are gorgeous and the prices are low! The selection is great - I wanted to buy at least 10 tops, but finally settled on one! I can't wait to get my order - if it's half as pretty as the pictures, I will be delighted! The checkout was easy with lots of choices of which payment type and easy discounts! This is my new favorite web site!

Avoid this company at all cost

My experience with this company is the worst of any online shopping I've ever done. The advertisement I responded to was for a beautiful, embroidered lady's blouse which I decide to purchase for my wife. My frustration began when the price in the ad was listed in AUD but USD came up at the checkout. I checked the site reviews written by very satisfied customers, often with photos of them in the garment they purchased, which matched what was advertised. The item which arrived was made of poor quality linen with a similarly poor quality print on the front. It had no shape and was way too big for my wife, even though it was meant to be a small size. ABSOLUTELY nothing like what was advertised. When I contacted them to point this out and ask when I could expect the item I ordered, they acted surprised. We exchanged several emails, with each one from them avoiding addressing my issue. Eventually they offered to give me a discount on a future purchase. I refused and said that since they didn't provide what I ordered I had the reasonable expectation that they would refund me what I paid. Initially they agreed so long as I paid the return postage. Again, I insisted that was not at all fair on their part. They eventually agreed to escalate the matter to more senior personnel and assured me I would hear back about a full, unconditional refund within a few days. I pursued it a week later and a week after that, each time being told it was no longer in their hands and there was nothing further they could do. I've heard nothing further from them for a month now. Based on this whole experience, especially with them feeling wholly justified advertising one item and supplying another, I can only assume this company is a scam, intent on taking your money and supplying you with a very inferior, substandard product. In fact, had it not been for Trustpilot's lowest star rating being a single star it would have been more honest for me to give it no stars. Beware...

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. GARBAGE. Eleven Forest looks like an English company, but the address is in china. The site is fraudulent, they take your money and send you cheap garbage that is not fit for the bin. They will not refund and suggest that you 'pass them to your friends', but you would be embarrassed to pass them on. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. SERIOUS WASTE OF MONEY.

A lovely website

A very pleasing website with what look to be very appealing clothes for summer! The website was easy to negotiate. I look forward to receiving my order. Access to free gifts was easy, but not so easy to select them for them to appear on the check out without a charge against them. I eventually managed to get this sorted out. I could not change the final basket to pounds sterling, but the final total was given at the end. I do hope that the exchange rate does not affect what I expect to pay.

I found your website to be chaotic and disorganized. I had to spend more time than I wanted to scroll through your products many of which was repetitive. It should be organized as dresses, tops etc. instead it's like drinking through a fire hose. Very tiring. I probably wont put myself through that again

Do not buy from them

Do not buy from them. Their clothing is not what you see in the advertising. The embroidery is painted on. It is not real embroidery. They have false advertising. When you send a complaint they dont answer.

TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION

OMG. Picture on order site not even close to the dress I received. It’s so bad I’m laughing. 😂 Reminds me of a cheap dish towel that’s been washed too many times. The “raised” embellishments are actually stamped on … poorly. The sleeves and bodice are completely different than depicted. I’d cut it up and use for cleaning rags but it’s a nasty polyester. SAVE YOUR MONEY! COMPLETE SCAM!

The items looked cheap. I expected woven or embroidery, but it was cheap stamp. The material is not soft cotton; rather it was rough. I am waiting for a return label; it’s been a week. I wouldn’t buy from them again
