Your range of products look stunning, and there were many I was drawn too, Appear to be good value. but till received cannot judge quality. It was surprising that you only show either the back or the front of an item .photos of both the front and the back of each garment would have been usfeul.
I chose a beautiful black and white Viking art Celtic knot long cardigan/jacket. I think this will be fab. The only problem was there was no front view of the jacked nor any meaningful dialogue describing the item, like front closure, or design. Otherwise , it's a beautiful piece of clothing.
Absolutely great looking products. Sizeing the clothing was easy. Only thing is wasn't told how long the product will take approximately which would be a great help for customers as Christmas is around the corner and for birthdays ect.
I've long been a big fan of Aran knitwear and it was great to see traditional styles integrated within your range of garments. I can't comment on quality until I've received my order but wouldn't have placed the order in the first place had I not been impressed with what I saw. Keep up the good work.

The most difficult, to the point of being unnerving, part was maneuvering the website. Very difficult to find the exact item I had located earlier. Also! Early on i was offered a 30% off of my purchase by entering my email address, which I did. I never saw the 30% off ever again. The only "discount" was 10% off but I had to enter a code. That 30% offer was the most misleading offer I have ever seen. Like hanging a carrot out in front of a donkey and right when he's about to bite it, you take it away. Bait and switch comes to mind.

The items do not match the description at all. The chunky knit description is in fact a cheap embossed material. Such a waste of money. Do not order.
1) My discount was not applied - 15% OFF, CODE: NAHXJS3Z 2) The "Search" function demanded such specific information about products as to be effectively tautological (I could only search if I had the precise description of each product). 3) You do not commit yourselves to any timeframe or deadline for delivery meaning I could wait several weeks on the off-chance my purchases arrive timeously.
Lots of beautiful items but hard to get back to a page to look at something again. I could wish for more items (such as the colorful tree of life zip-top) in longer lengths. Lots of Celtics, dragon, wolf and Cat items. I loved browsing.

I enjoyed the styles of your clothes, the only thing I was bummed about is the sizing for the pants. According to your charts to get my waist size the legs would be a foot longer than my own. Not sure if I was reading it correctly, the chart was a little confusing
I found it fairly easy to navigate your site. When it came to pay, I had to struggle. But I always struggle with that part of it. So now I'm just waiting to see the quality after reading some reviews. I'm really concerned and just about trying to cancel with you. So I'm hoping the product is good since I bought it. As a gift for a friend, I hate to get a report from him that it was nasty or not. What he ordered or I should say. Wanted cuz I ordered it.
The designs of all the clothes are brilliant. Such a fresh breath of air too. It's also fantastic that it comes in so many sizes, which allows so many more to enjoy the wears, including in my family. However, we so so wish the fabrics also included natural fibre versions. Even if they cost more in comparison or if you needed also to special order them because they may need to be made in the form of custom orders, we are all on board in our crowd-- all the way! Special company overall!!
