Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers generally find the online platform very easy to navigate, appreciating the smooth browsing experience and the wide selection of available clothing. Many shoppers frequently mention that the attractive designs, various colors, and reasonable prices make online shopping truly enjoyable.
However, some reviewers were not happy with the overall product quality, noting that the delivered items looked like cheap prints on poor materials rather than the advertised embroidery. Some people were consistently dissatisfied with excessively long delivery times, poor communication from customer support, and major difficulties when trying to request refunds.
It took 4 attempts to place this order the first time the credit card was not recognized second try the street address was not recognized then the order was placed with the wrong color item etc

Upon receipt of the product, it was totally unacceptable. It looked nothing like the photo advertisement.
Buyer beware / very unhappy with this purchase & currently trying to return for a refund
i’m really concerned about clothing that appears to be ai generated. also at not seeing the front of women’s sweaters, just the back. the men’s showed only the front
Received an “embroidered tunic” size small, which is neither embroidered nor small and bears no resemblance to their web photo!
Sent email to customer service for a Return label-
Will take matter further at PayPal if no satisfactory response
Items were described as cotton/linen content, but there were no tags whatsoever indicating fabric content or washing instructions. The fabric feels like polyester in a linen-like weave, not what I believed I was ordering. When I inquired on email they did send washing instructions, but did not confirm the actual fabric content. Based on the other reviews for poor customer service, I won’t bother trying to return them. Shipping was so slow, took almost a month. I began to wonder if I had been scammed. At least I received something for my money, but not what I expected.
First - I complained about the length of time it took to get my order and the company was immediately responsive and my order was shipped very soon after. The tops I received are actually kinda cute, if only they looked like what I ordered. The website TOTALLY misrepresents the look and texture of the clothes. What you get looks like a photograph of the real thing was printed on material. It looks nothing like the pictures on their website. There is clearly embroidery on the pictures of the tops I ordered from the site. No part of the clothing I received is embroidered. The patchwork is flat, not sewn in patches as it looks on the site. The material is much cheaper looking than in the pics. And the tops are shorter than they look in the pictures. The cats denim bag doesn't look like the picture and is not denim. But it was free, so I can't really complain. It IS cute. I bought the octopus and crab dress and it does actually look like the picture except that it is very thin and will need a long slip so it's not see-through in sunlight. Still it's unique looking and very, very cute. I love it. I wouldn't hate the rest of it except I'm so disappointed that it's not really what I thought I was ordering. The material is soft and comfortable and if I had seen it in a store I might have bought it. I would have given three stars except that the pictures on the site of the tops I bought are clearly a deliberate misrepresentation.
Cute products. However the system used my PayPal instead of the credit card I entered. I searched for return policies, but was unsuccessful. I think this policy should be easy to find. This is my first order and I look forward to see the products ordered, plus verify their quality.
I wrote a scathing review about one week ago and now I can't find it. I am revising my review from one star (I wanted zero stars) to 3 stars because they refunded 100% of my purchase price within 2 days after I disputed the charge to my Bank of America. I was very surprised.
I placed n order on July 29th I haven't heard anything about my order except for waiting for shipment!I also asked about the size chart I finally got a response 5 days later.i hope I receive my items I purchased i will be totally disappointed!!
The tops fit fine but my pants were so small they could only fit pre-adolescent girls. Either your size chart is off or your packer can't read the order. I have given them away. I have ordered two sizes up, so we will see. The sewing on the pants was inferior with threads dangling everywhere.
Ok, look. It's true that their marketing approach is deceptive, but it does say in plain print right there in front of your eyes - if you can stop being dazzled by their deceptive pics - that the fabric is an art print, which means it isn't what the picture shows. It's just an idea of that picture which is probably what they copied to make the print design. Also, it tells you what kind of fabric it is. When I got mine I was really upset because it didn't look at all like what I ordered. But then, I got over what I didn't get and started looking at what I did get. And I liked it. And the very same day, I ordered again. It is not badly constructed, like some reviews say, it is sewn very well. There are no rough seams and no loose threads. Also, the fabric doesn't bleed when you wash it, it doesn't wrinkle when you wring it dry, and it dries super fast when you line dry it. My fabric is 95% polyester, 5% nylon. That's essentially microfiber. It feels wonderful next to my skin, it feels like silk to the touch, and it flows that way. I think it could be a little less expensive but they are shipping from China and now we have to pay tariffs. If I could buy it stateside, I would but I can't find clothes like this that are so artistic and so comfortable. The ones I received are quite pretty. That all being said, yes their marketing is deceptive but if they showed you the pics of these clothes, you wouldn't buy them. You really do have to get stuck with them, get over it, and then wear them. At that point, you will like them. People are just angry because they think they got took. I don't feel that way. I'm glad I found them.
I believe some of the photos are doctored, because on item is so faded looks like it was washed 500 times. Read how item is designed. If it says printed, it means a picture of a fabric instead of the actual description under the photo.
