ordered two pairs of size 12. They sent two pairs size 47 (UK 11). they did not fit. Would not arrange return or refund and suggested I give them away if they didn't fit! A complete scam!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SHAM COMPANY - ENJERR ! I ordered size 8.5 shoes, size 8.0 shoes were delivered which was Enjerr's error. I reported this error and requested size 8.5 as per my order. They replied, stating i have to pay US#+$20 for return postage, even though the error was not mine, Then they demanded I return the shoes at my cost of US$20, and they would provide me with a 20% discount on an alternate order / pair of shoes. This has gone on now over approx. 11 emails to the, whereby they have progressively insisted I pay for the return of the shoes / pay for their error, with no resolution of obtaining size 8.5 as per my original order. I recommend that you / nobody ever deals with this shame Chinese company ever again in the future, as all they want to do is be deceitful, with absolutely no recognition and / or respect for their customers whatsoever. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - ENJERR !

My wife ordered a pair of orthopedic shoes and they arrived with one broken, it couldn't be worn. We asked about a refund and were asked for Bar code, tracking number and sku, all of which they already had , then no reply, total rip-off. We finally got a reply from enjerr, the agent offered us 15 % credit on our order for a pair of shoes that broke before my wife even got them on. The shoes besides being defective are not orthopedic shoes. We finally got a credit for 30% although they offered 20% plus a 10% credit on next order, There won't be a next order.

Cheap Chinese goods. DO NOT USE THEM I ordered size 12,5 trainers and they were about size 10. Then they refused full refund and offered partial refunds stating that my cost of return would be too expensive. Terrible company to deal with

Had to laugh when I read the promo on these shoes, all BS. Why I laughed is because I am wearing the exact same shoes that I bought from AliExpress direct from China for less that A$28 (Australian). They are comfortable and well made and I would recommend them if you just want a good looking comfortable walking shoe. Beware the scammers, buy direct from China and cut out the middle man.

Waited 3 weeks for 2 pairs of trainers which were ill fitting and very poor quality. I have had similar for a tenth of the price from Temu and they didn't last very long. Let's see how the chance of a refund goes. According to reviews I have read I think it's going to be a However if like me you paid by PayPal you can contact them. May get your money back .

This company is THE WORST one I have had the misfortune of dealing with. Shoes I had ordered were in wrong size and in wrong width. In spite of sending the company multiple emails , I received in response two standard replys . I am furious with this fraudelent Company that made a mistake by sending me the wrong shoes , completely ignores my emails and refuses to issue me a refund in the amount of US$ 82.00 . BUYERS BEWARE !!! Do not make any purchases from this Company as it is not a legitimate Company .

I ordered a pair of trainers from this crowd, I wear size 10 UK. When they arrived they would not have fitted my grandson definitely not size 10, perhaps in Chinese sizes. Unfortunately after contacting them they informed me that they do accept returns but offered a 20% on further orders, no thanks. Be aware if you are buying shoes order 2 sizes above UK size. I would not recommend this crowd to anyone.
