I ordered 2 pair of men's shoes from Enjerr on line 5 weeks ago. I saw the ad online and the shies were 60% off. I paid online but have never received my order. When I try to contact enjerr.com I receive the message that their web address cannot be reached. I fear I may have been scammed.
Dreadful Customer Service
The shoes arrived, but I couldn't get my foot in without great difficulty. I asked to return them (90-day Returns Policy ... ). I was told it was 'too expensive to return them to Hong Kong'. I was offered a 15% refund. After much haggling I received a 35% refund. Avoid the hassle and buy elsewhere.

Shoes took a very long time to arrive and were much smaller than the size I ordered. There was no exchange possible. Who charges a restocking fee? I would never have ordered if I had known about this sooner but didn't realize I would need to read "fine print" when ordering. After reading the reviews here I will be donating the shoes to charity rather than sending them back and worrying about whether I will get a refund. Don't order from this company! They market to the elderly with bad feet and are taking advantage! I'm updating my review to let people know that I contacted my credit card company and they got me a full refund because the purchase was within 120 days. Don't let this company scam you! They will try and only offer you a 15% refund and then a 20% refund. Get your full money back!
Substandard quality and size chart inaccurate
Made a huge mistake in not looking at the poor reviews. Would have given 0 stars if possible. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Scammers! They claim customer satisfaction and a full refund if unsatisfied. Not true. Their sizing is inaccurate and I was told that although the shoes (ordered women’s 6 and they sent size 7) were not worn they would not accept a return. Shipping is too expensive they said. Shoes were of substandard quality with cheap plastic outsoles which could cause slips and falls. DON'T BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!
Scam,waste of money and time
They're sizing is wrong they need to improve the sizing I ordered a size 11 and it's more like a size 9 my foot will not fit in the shoe. The company refuses to send me a shipping label to return the shoes. They told me that they would give me 20% off another pair of shoes I would never buy from this company again I did everything they asked I took pictures of the shoes all the barcodes and that didn't keep them happy it was a waste of time. I believe this is a scam I would ask other customers not to buy from them because you won't get your money back you won't get a return label it's just a waste of time. It is just a big rip off and a scam I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered these shoes they are garbage now.
Not worth the money
The shoes were claimed to be genuine leather. I doubt that. I ordered my size 44, but the shoes are smaller than that, even though they were stamped 44. Overall poor quality. Not worth the money.
Does not match their image and impossible to return
Got an item that looks ugly comapred to the provided image on their website. They are making it very difficult to return this for a refund, claiming international postage fee is much higher, it's not worth it for me to send them back but to keep them and they will give me 20% back. I will not wear these boots, and the size is also wrong. I keep telling them to give me the address, even with the postage fee my refund will be higher than what they are offering. They keep sending the same reply, postage not worth for me, 20% refund. WTF?! STAY AWAY!!
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! The shoes took 5 weeks to arrive and they didn’t fit. Be aware before buying, the sizing chart they provided is not accurate and they do not accept returns unless is a quality issues. I am out money and shoes.

If you enjoy a long wait to receive your order, disappointment at the quality of the product, lies about a refund policy, and an endless loop of customer disservice emails, this is the seller for you! Your dissatisfaction is guaranteed! I bought a pair of Enjerr boots for all the qualities they promised in their ad. When I finally got them, they proved to be flimsily made Chinese imports, poorly fitting, and in no way designed with orthopedic advantages over, say, empty shoeboxes. I immediately contacted the company requesting a full refund, and was informed that the most they could issue would be a 20% discount coupon. (Seriously? As if I would welcome another opportunity to be duped by them?) When I quoted their refund policy—“90-day Satisfaction guarantee with Money Back—If you’re not satisfied with our product, we will issue a full refund, not (sic) questions asked,” and insisted they honor it, I became enmeshed in a pointless tangle of customer “service” emails with a rep following a strict script. No full refund—only a fraction of my purchase price. (The max I was offered, after much back-and-forth, was 40%, but on principle I refused.) Oh, and no exchanges either. I was informed it would be very expensive to ship the shoes back to China, and besides—(cue the tiny violins)—the company is experiencing a financial crisis! You don’t say. Couldn’t be because of your shady business practices, could it? But, hey, how about a discount code? Don’t be scammed by these hucksters.

Big Ripoff
I too got ripped off. I didn't read previous reviews, bought directly from the company. 80 bucks later, they sent two pairs of shoes the wrong size and refused to take them back or issue a refund. They did answer my email but "apologized for the inconvenience, don't accept returns or exchanges." Don't buy from this company!

Every now and then you forget to check reviews on a company you've not used before ...... and you pay the price. Unless there is an actual manufacturing fault AND you can send pictures of the tracking number, the packaging barode and the item. They will not respond to a return request Their shoes are cheap looking and a poor fit. Beware!

I bought a pair of shoes from Enjerr. They were not as described and so tight I could not even get my foot into them. After fulfilling a number of pointless requirements to qualify for a refund, I was told it was too expensive for them to send the shoes back. To settle the matter, they offered a 15% refund and said I could keep the shoes. I refused. This matter is not setltled. Do not buy from these people.

It is a SCAM SCAM , the men shoes arrived yesterday after 2 weeks, they say value $226.00 and one day only $79.00. i've received a pair of girl shoes , Kmart quality that would sell for $15.00. i've contacted immediately, they wanted photos and them they said no return accepted and no refund on any of their items. STAY AWAY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Yes l’ve just been caught out with this company. Do not use them they do not offer a 30 day refund l purchased a dress, the quality was dreadful, the sizing is completely wrong and now they tell me that they do not offer refunds. Dont make the same mistake as l did and not read the reviews, this company is just a scam and should not be allowed to advertise on the iPad sky news or anywhere else. Don’t British trading standards check companies that advertise in the UK to stop us being ripped off.

I ordered 3 pair shoes for my husband. They were supposed to be 15 wide. They are NO WAY WIDE. He can't even get his foot in. Anyway tried to get a refund & return shoes but was told by Emily they don't do returns or refunds. Now funny I always check return & refund policy they do it within 90 days. This is only 2 days since received. DO NOT BUY OR TRUST THIS COMPANY. Gave 1 star only because u have to rate between 1 & 5 otherwise would not even give 1 star
