This company doesn’t deserve a 1! I was forced to choose a star in order to write the review. I ordered three-four dresses from enjerr from one of their advertisements. The dresses were gorgeous on the site. The order was placed June 16th, 2025. I have yet to receive them. The total price was $130.00. I have been in touch with the company who assured me my order was on the way. Now I’m unable to reach them because the email address is invalid! Contacting the Better Business Bureau to register this company as fraudulent.

All of the other reviewers are correct. ZERO stars. They do not honor their return/refund promises. Using their guidelines, the shoes are not sized correctly BY A LONG SHOT and they refuse a refund for this reason. I reported to my credit card.
Followup: Credit Card Co did not help, so kudos to the guy who paid with PayPal and got a refund. Stay far away from these scammers.
No stars! When I ordered from this company, the website says “complete return and refund policy”. The shoes were too big and too wide. I wrote asking for a return label.Company said send pics of shoes, packaging and shipping label. Got a response saying returns are too costly to return overseas! Shocking company to buy from! Never again!!!!! Stick with purchasing from the US!
No such thing as “ Satisfaction Guaranteed” with this company. Their shoes are similar to wearing cardboard, made from very inexpensive material. A return policy is nonexistent or costs more than the purchase price of the shoes. Their advertising is slick, but don’t fall for it! Avoid this company.

This company needs to be honest and remove misleading information from their website. The shoes were the correct size but very uncomfortable. The free insoles that were supposed to be included were missing. They refused to do anything and after several Emails back and forth going from a 10% to 15% refund offer, I at least got a 50% refund and threw the shoes in the trash. Not an acceptable outcome but I needed to move on.

These people are fraudsters
Right off the bat there are two red flags about this company. There is no phone number on the contact page, just an email address. Their return policy contains weird phrases such as "natural days". What is an "unnatural day"? This stuff usually means that the company is located in China, and products cannot be returned.
I paid a $15.99 expedited delivery fee, and the company kept making excuses for not delivering the shoes within the promised time. They kept changing the rules about how to count the days. Then they said they'd refund my $5 fee. What?!

Stay away from this brand/company. Chinese company. Products ship from china. their FAQs indicate orders ship in 1 - 3 days. After 8 days of not receiving a tracking number, I contacted them. Fortunately I received a reply with a tracking number just stating the package is in china. could take another 15 days to receive package. If I receive them, not sure how/who I can return them if they do not fit correctly. Best to buy something that ships from USA even though it probable is not made in USA
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and paid for them. 10 days after paying I had still received no communication as to when the order was going to ship. So I sent an email requesting the order to be cancelled. Suddenly I receive an email advising that a shipment had been arranged. When I received the tracking information I went back through the details and discovered that the shipment had been booked only after I had instructed them to cancel the order. I again instructed them to cancel and issue a refund. A confirmation of the shipping instructions was all I received. 1 week later the goods arrived. The shoes are too small ie not made to international sizing conventions. I sent photos of packaging, product codes etc and all I was offered was a 15% refund and I could keep shoes that dont fit.

Advertised as orthopedic shoes. Right size but not orthopedic friendly. Couldn’t get my foot in so contacted enjerr shoes for return. They sent me an email telling me to send picture of shoes and other information they should already. However they didn’t provide an email address to send the information I received the same email every time I requested a place to send the information. It appears that they do not want returns or they would include shipping form for the returns. Be careful about doing business
Impossible to return even if you meet all of the stated requirements. Shoes I got did not come close to the size 9 I ordered but customer support said they did not return if wrong size ordered. Apparently their sizing is not our sizing.

Paid for expedited delivery that took 28 days to be delivered. Additionally the two shirts that were ordered were made of an extremely poor quality material that looked nothing like the pictures used in the advertisement. Despite using the provided sizing chart, the shirt sizes were no where near the appropriate size. They ran almost 2 sizes smaller than described.

Terrible service. I ordered two pairs of shoes and paid the expedited delivery fee, and it wasn't shipped for nine days, with an expected delivery date of 7-15 working days beyond that. Which is way, way outside the delivery date published when you pay the expedited fee. I only regret that there isn't a zero star category.
