Enjer should be reported to BBBureau. No confirmation email on May 30 order. Tried to cancel order three times. 'To no avail. Emily' kept sending 'apologetic'emails making nonsense excuses. Best one was it could be a cheap way of giving a gift to someone. The dress arrived in 3 weeks.CHEAP. FORMLESS dress a 12 yr old could have sewn. Does not rep advertised image. SHOCKING! Enjerr UK GB is CHEAP CHINA RUBBISH. DON'T GO NEAR THEM. Emily was right. I will give the dress to Goodwill. I got ripped off.
In the ad these are suppose to be high quality orthopedic walking shoes, they are a very cheap plastic shoe I will try to send them back,but from the other reviews lots of luck on that.

an update on this continuous process of back and forth emails They have upped the offered 40% refund which I have declined.. To get full refund I must return the shoes to an address in China at my own expense ... avoid this company at all cost they are a scam 😒 please read other reviews and avoid disappointment 😞
Why why why didn’t I trust the reviews about this company. I ordered the correct size for my husband and waited 18 days for it to come and it was tosmall. These shoes looks like plastic and is definitely not orthopaedic shoes. Now they want to refund me 20%. What a joke I’ll make sure everybody knows about this scam. Makes me furious to think I tried to support this company and this is what they do for you This is there response 1. You need to bear the expensive return costs. 2. Our warehouse address is in Hong Kong, China. The international shipping fee is very expensive. It may exceed the price of the product you purchased. Obviously it is not worthwhile for you, so we do not recommend that you return it. You are our most distinguished customer. Your satisfaction is our greatest pursuit. I ordered shoes on May 20 and finally received them on June 5, not realizing they were shipping from Hong Kong. Unfortunately, the shoes didn’t fit. When I tried to return them for a refund, the company told me to keep them and offered only 20% of my money back. This is not the kind of customer service I expected. Keep clear of this company. They refuse to refund money even when the shoes are not as advertised. In my case the shoes were too tight to get my foot through the shoe opening. They put me through a series of hoops to qualify for a refund, only to say in the end they didn't give refunds just because the shoes were unwearable.

Purchased a size 5 (38) shoe advertised as providing "arch support" on 23rd April 2025. They arrived early May. A size 3 (36) was delivered and the shoe was thinner and flatter than a cheap flip flop, deff NO arch support in sight. On contacting Enjerr they claimed "nothing" was wrong with the shoe, refused to take them back and suggested I give them away offering a 15% reduction on my "next" order. When this received a suitable reply they upped the offer to 20%. Fortunately I paid by c/c so I disputed the payment with them and on 9th June Enjerr refunded in full. Don't purchase from this company or if you do have the backing of your card issuer should the item prove to be unsuitable!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they are a a mob of thieves - refused to give my dad a refund after making him send pics of the shoes etc under the pretence they would refund his money. Shoes are bad quality and they do not respond to emails.
When are you going to learn?This is another Chinese rip off. Go to the "contact us" in the advertisement. Found at the end of the ad. If there is no phone number only a email address, that is your first red flag. These types of sites are all over the internet. Using strange names to identify themselves. You cannot get any help from U.S. government because this is a Chinese based company. They will give you knockoff products very similar to the real thing. The pictures in the advertisement are copied from other legitimate companies. There is nothing you can do. They are selling on Amazon, Ebay, everywhere you look but they don't care, they are making tons of money off these bogus sites.
I mistakenly ordered a pair of these shoes for my wife. I feel quite foolish now that I failed to research the product first. This company is shameless in the way that they describe this very cheap and nasty product. Hopefully I'm learning!
Your customer service is just awful. I should have read the reviews of your company before trusting you.Many advise not to use your company and I understand why. I will be leaving as much NEGATIVE feedback and reviews as is possible. Your return conditions are totally unreasonable. ALL I WANTED WAS THE SHOES REPLACED OR THE COST REFUNDED AS YOU SENT THE WRONG SIZE. How clear is that ? Instead you want photos of the whole order etc etc.....Just crazy. I will not waste anymore of my valuable time. Needless to say I will avoid buying from you again.

Ordered orthopedic boots for seniors with foot problems. Prominent guarantee of satisfaction or full refund with no questions asked. Elastic gussets were so tight that could not get foot in shoe. Not leather or well-padded as described. Requested a return label and was informed shipping back to China was very expensive and offered 20% refund. Multiple emails back and forth with max 40% refund. Appealed to Paypal and was denied. Do not believe any guarantees or descriptions by this company and do not expect Paypal to hold them accountable.
