Epubor creates freedom to experience the reading of books in a personalized and accessible way. It feels good to move away from "everybody's the same" approach. However using the digital tools doesn't cancel out buyer valuing the writer's copyrights and efforts put into the written work.

At first I struggled getting my file to convert, it kept failing and I couldn't understand why. I reached out to the support team and they answered within a minute and stepped me through what I needed to do with the newer files. Everything was resolved and now it all works perfectly within 5 minutes. The team member who helped me was patient and very knowledgeable and got me up and running within a few minutes. I will definitely be a long-term user of Epubor.

Tried the limited free downlaod. FAILED at DRM removal and adivised me to delete all my book, restart my mac....blah blah blah...Zzzzzz. If It don't work...not interested.

My experience with Epubor
My experience with Epubor has been solid so far. I mainly used it to convert Kindle files (AZW) into PDF, and honestly the process was much easier than I expected. I am not very patient with complicated software, but this one was straightforward. Upload the book, choose the format, convert, done. What I liked most is that it saves time. The batch conversion feature helped a lot because I did not have to convert each book separately. I also liked that I could finally open my books on different devices without being locked into one app. There were a few minor formatting issues depending on the book, but nothing major. Overall, it did what I needed it to do without giving me a headache, which is really all I was looking for.

Used epubor ultimate from 2019 on and was quite happy with it. I had trouble after I mistakenly updated my Kindle PC version and though I tried everything epubor support told me, couldn't get it to work again even with a Kindle downgrade. After upgrading Windows from 7 to 10 it worked again and I was a very happy user again. It's really nice, not to worry about your books and it's so very easy to handle.
