Hello Jay Patel, Our team checked your communication to us on email. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept your request for change of mind return as parcel has already been opened, according to our policy. Regards to your comments that this Global version does not work in the USA networks (according your Telco vendor). This is definitely a wrong understanding by your vendor, please put the SIM card in and check it. We have shipped many units to USA and are confident there are no issues working with Telco in USA. Hope this information helps and thank you for your understanding.

Website tracking is a bit useless
My experience ordering a global Oppo X8 from the UK 24/02 - ordered global oppo X8 25/02 - status went from processing to trasferring 27/02 - emailed etoren to ask what was going on? they told me within an hour the order was shipped and to just wait even though the website tracker was on transferring 02/03 - still transferring on website tracker but i though let me check delivery apps (dpd and dhl) as thats what they say they use, and it was there on the dpd app as shipment info received on 28/2 05/03 - dpd tracking updated to show they had recieved the shipmenet (etoren website still stuck at transferring and unfulfilled) 07/03 delivered and well. So takeaways are - the website is legit and you do get what you order. - estimated shipping date was 16th-26th march and they delievered ahead of that on the 7th march. -ordered on 24th feb and delivered 7th march so 11 days door to door, not fantastic but not terrible -there really was no tax or customs to pay - it is actually the global version

Best customer service and best timing for delivery . They said , my order will be delivered between 13 Feb and 26 Feb , but they delivered it 5 days before . I will highly recommend this seller . I am thinking to buy again in future

Very happy with ETOREN. I placed my order over the weekend, it shipped on Tuesday (Florida time) and arrived from Singapore on Thursday. That's 1 day processing, 2 days shipping, and 1 day for time zones. Very impressed! As for the product itself, the SHARP AQUOS R9 pro, I had very high expectations which it has entirely exceeded, and the price was great. Also it was neatly packaged and came with some goodies including a charger brick, cable, usb c adapter, screen protector applied, and a case. Thank you! I have already recommended etoren to friends and will continue to.

What I wanted quick smart
Product was what I wanted, at a good price and was delivered fast and without hassles. A problem I had was due to a new bank "security" process ("3D secure authentication") which refused my credit card. Banks and companies need to be more transparent in their communications with customers and explain issues rather than simply blocking sales. I paid by PayPal which incurred added cost.

It was very fast a good. I want to buy smartphone that doesn't sales in my country. And found this shop. Price was great, i buy it. But then start read reviews on google and other platforms. I was scared, somebody write that don't get phone, somebody that get powerbank but want phone, brrrr...I don't know maybe it fake reviews. I don't have any problems, everything is great. And even i get the charger for free.
