I absolutely love these products! I have a newfound love of diamond paintings and I have bought them from probably every pop up ad I saw until I ordered from here. The prices are great and the products are like no other. I only ever had one small issue and it was handled immediately. This is the only place I will go ❤️

Terrible. I ordered 8 of the Green Bay Packers desk top ornaments to do for Christmas presents and received them today and instead of green stones they have blue stones and anyone that knows football knows Green Bay is green not blue. Will never order from this place again. $142.00 down the drain.

After USPS lost my package, everydayedeals sent me a replacement package and I received it right away. I get so excited to get my diamond art kits and have never had any problems with this company. I was amazed at the quick response and action from this firm. I contacted them about a canvas that I had received that had suffered badly in the post and was very creased. I tried all the remedies suggested but the creases wouldn't come out which was a shame as I was so looking forward to doing it. Iam being sent another so I am really pleased. I picked out the Rivendell canvas as I am such a big Lord of the Rings fan and was having it as a present. I am so pleased that all is being resolved. I didn't expect such good customer service.

Somehow my package got lost in the Kansas City postal service and they have yet to deliver it. Waiting for a package is the hardest because you want your product!! But they were very nice and tried to help correct this. They answered promptly and very eager to make it right. Thank you. I will continue to order from this company as they have the largest selection of any other place I've checked out.

Recieved my order but the codes did not match the diamonds and did not recieve enough diamonds to finish the projects. Still waiting on a solution for this. Will not be ordering from here anymore unless this is fixed. Been a month since I have reached out about it.
